Soooo where do I start? I walked into this establishment on 7/31 to be greeted by a Spanish lady who already did not look happy( not in picture. That is the manager) While taking the order, I asked her if it was possible to make the chicken FRESH. As you can see from other reviews, they are not known for having fresh food. She responded with an attitude and glare saying “Its Fresh.” Immediately after making that comment, she turned her attention to the Spanish customer and began having a conversation with him. She did not realize I spoke a little Spanish and said something under her breath in regards to me asking for my food to be fresh. I waited for my piece of chicken, and of course, when it arrived, it was hard as a rock and looked burnt. Not fresh at all. I then let her know the chicken was not fresh, and I asked for it to be fresh. She told me it was already fresh, so why give me an old piece of chicken? I asked to speak to the manager, and I formed her. I felt the lady was being a little racist by her comment and the way she treated .e in comparison to the Spanish speaking customer. She apologized, then told me the 1 piece of chicken would take a whopping 25 MINUTES. I said, “That’s fine. While waiting, I noticed that about 20 other orders come out with no problem. So you’re telling me they gave all those customers stale chicken that was not fresh? The worst part about this is while the manager was taking someone’s order, I was on a FaceTime call. She immediately stopped taking the customers order and asked me if I’m recording in a very rude manner. I said, “Excuse me.” What if I was recording. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO. IT’S A PUBLIC PLACE. She then asked the lady who originally helped me in Spanish, “How much did he pay?” she reached in the drawer and said, “You can have your money back.” Im refusing your service. Little did she know I needed to eat something due to a severe medical condition I have. Almost fainted trying to find another source of food. Im sharing this because this store should be shut down. The service is horrible, the food is disgusting, and the worst of it all, the manager is a direct reflection. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Bad service, I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender only got 3 tenders, also ordered extra coleslaw and mac and cheese, but they only gave me potatoes with no gravy. I feel like I got ripped off. Called thecstore of course no answer what so ever. I dont think I will go back to this one again I’m not gonna pay for your pay check when you give bad service. Maybe you different workers, it just seems they put an order of what they think you should have not what the customer has ordered. Thank you for helping with this problem

Stopped by just cause it was on the way. It was clean. But the customer service was a lot to be desired. The ladies have a little firmness/defensiveness to their tone which is unnecessary when folks are just trying to buy food. Hit and miss.

It’s been years since I last had KFC but we’ve been craving fried chicken and finally decided to give in to it. The young man who served us was surprisingly friendly and efficient. Not sure if it was good training or just his nature but service like that is always a pleasant surprise.
