Please don’t ever close down this branch! Y’all, KFC is such an underrated place in general but they NEVER disappoint. For all the workers at this location; you guys keep up the good work. You are on point, every time, your food is always hot, “right out of the oven” kind of good, you’re always polite and genuinely kind. Customer service is hard in any industry and especially hard in the food industry but like I said, you guys are killing it. Thanks for all you do! 10/10 recommend every time 🙂

I wanna say I have stop going here . I do love kfc but for some reason they always run out of chicken . I mean thats all your serve how can you run out . They have a buffet as well that is lack there of. I mean if yournonly gonna have 5 things on the buffet table don’t you think they should always be stocked? This is why I go to Safeway Deli(plug) ask for Fred shes a little old lady who rocks and will get u fresh chicken if u don’t like whats in case . Their mash potatoes aren’t bad add some gravy grab some corn on the cob and who needs KFC . Sorry KFC but you suck every time I go there and spend 40 bucks for 8 pieces of chicken and 2 sides . Ha.

These people in this store obviously are not trained in customer service if you dare complain about anything whether it be the service or something wrong with your chicken they feel offended and take it personally like you are bad mouthing them. When asked to speak to a manager I was told I was speaking to the manager then 2 minutes later a Man shows up at my window and says he’s the manager?? Seriously I think there’s some ego trips going on here and they need to hire people that care about their customers

My wife and I went by the Showlow KFC and were disappointed. Ordered some chicken fillets through the drive through. Maybe that was our mistake. By the time we were home and seen what we were given, we were very disappointed. Any way if I were still there I would of complained and given them back. cold, chewy and pathetically small. It’s been many MANY years since I came into the local KFC and it was not a disappointment. The inside is clean, literally one of the cleanest places I’ve been in lately. I don’t know when the place was remodeled but it’s open and had a nice atmosphere. We ordered the chicken sandwich meal and it was fresh and hot. I think they cook it when you order. We didn’t have to wait long either so a huge plus. Staff was friendly and they seem to take pride in their work and it shows. Thank you KFC!!

The food at this establishment is the greasiest and the most poorly made meals we’ve ever had at any KFC or any other place for that matter. We could have gotten a better, healthier and more affordable meal at the gas station than we did here.
