I ordered an 8 piece box of chicken tenders. Unfortunately, I ended up with the equivalent of maybe 4. It looked like they had cut the tenders in half or thirds, & a couple looked more like nuggets. The taste is still KFC (moist, tender, crunchy, good spices) but the proportions were lacking. When tenders are ordered, the buyer expects 8 full sized tenders. (If you don’t live close, please check your boxes before you leave – I live an hour away & wasn’t driving back) Shame on you KFC!!!!!

So I only put a 3 star overall rating because it is so crazy expensive to eat there. I mean good grief it’s only Chicken not steak. On the good side if you install the KFC app it opens the door to some really great savings. It is a clean store and employees are kind. Hope this helps.

Went thru drive thru half hour prior to close and they said they were out of chicken…then offered me part bucket of crispy. I got home and had a full bucket of crispy only that was not so fresh. I didnt know they close so early on a sunday. Maybe they had a rush that wiped them out early. Not sure but food is always good even if its sat a little while. Im just partial to original chicken. Had no butter or honey for the biscuits no napkins or offer of paper plates. But the staff was friendly and that matters a lot to me.

My family has a 50/50 chance of having good customer service. We just ordered in the drive through 2/8/23 around 5:30pm and was greeted with “what do you want” I have never been greeted like that there but maybe they need some retraining
