Only after I was done eating my oatmeal did I notice a black substance. Keep in mind I’ve stirred in it to mix up the sugar. I at a few bites and my mouth felt tingly! As I moved it around with spoon it spreaded out like mold. I am highly allergic. This is ridiculous!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I went though the drive thru, order was wrong. After I touched the food to review it they asked me to give it back then placed my bag on the food prep area. They halfway filled my fries. I asked for ketchup I was given 3 packs (I ordered 5 French fries). Asked for the sauce for my nuggets and the person at the window asked the manager who asked did I pay for it. What?! I ordered nuggets. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Save yourself mediocre cold food and horrible service eat literally anywhere else in White Oak

Interesting experience with a male employee. I was waiting for a mobile order for over ten minutes. Employee, tall male got an attitude when I asked him to bring it to me. He dropped it on the counter and walked outside. I got the number for the franchisee from the manager on duty. He called me a few names. Sad.

Ordered at the drive thru at 4:50, only 1 car in front of me. I was asked to pull into a spot and they would bring my food out, so I did. After about 10 minutes another car pulled up beside me. I waited about another 10 minutes then was going in to complain. As I was going in a lady was coming out with the food of the car that showed up after me. She told me that my food would be right out, so I got back in my car. She then came back out and asked me what I Ordered, so I handed her my receipt. She finally came out with my food about another 10 minutes later. After I got home I looked and there was no bacon on my quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, so even after giving them my receipt so they could get it right they still got it wrong, and took over 40 minutes to get it. This use to be a good, fast location, but has been going down hill recently.

Was once a very good McDonald’s, but currently seems to be getting worse. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes for an order, or in the case of tonight, 25 minutes. There’s never a shortage of staff — they’re just slow. Food is generally OK once you get it, but on more than one occasion they’ve given me a single burger instead of the double I ordered.

The cashier was told to stop taking orders when I got to the register and help get others their food. My daughter just wanted a small fry and apple slices. It took them 20 minutes to get me that simple order. SMH. Too busy

Very clean more recently updated location. Pick up, and kiosks work flawlessly, the staff is hot or miss though. Some are friendly, others seem to care less about customer service. I also wanted breakfast at 10:25, but they stop before then I guess, and don’t do 24/7 like some other locations.

We tried to give this location a third chance, but we continue to be disappointed. The drinks and fries are not filled all the way, and this time they forgot some of my order in the bag, so I had to go in and correct it. When I went in the manager was very dismissive. I’m disappointed that the service continues to be this poor.
