This is the second time we have come to this KFC over the past few months, and both times were awful. We understand restaurants can have bad days so we always give a second try. Since we don’t eat KFC that often, the trips were several months apart. We almost walked out because the restaurant was dirty, but figured they had everyone in back cooking and must have been short staffed. We threw away our drink cups because the drink station was filthy, and the floor was sticky from spills that had not been cleaned up. We ended up taking the food home because there were no clean tables. We were surprised when we opened our meal boxes and saw the chicken was burnt (I included a stock photo of what KFC’s chicken normally looks like next to what we received). Then we tasted it and spat it out because it tasted like they fried it in oil that had gone rancid. We eventually pulled off the batter and ate just the chicken meat. Quite disappointing.

Last time years ago I tried KFC and it was terrible, my buddy said I should try it again, so I did. Pleasantly surprised by the crunchy tasty wings. Very fresh coleslaw and wedges were just crispy enough with soft center. The heat was for me mild but tasty. I guess they didn’t have Ranch and substituted with Comeback Sauce and I’m glad they did. Very nice. Super friendly staff, brought the order to my car, ordered pick up for 1945 hours and received it 1957 hours, can’t complain about freshly made food. Will definitely repeat someday.

This place SUCKS! I ordered the sandwich and they didn’t put any pickles! What is this??? Little to no sauce sandwich with no pickles! Plus we got a soda with no ice and lid…I’m never buying here again What a horrible place!!

I’m an out-of -towner and I saw this location had poor reviews however some people leave poor reviews out of Anger , so sometimes it’s spite and shouldn’t count.

I walked in to order one of their bowels ( Mattys Cheesy Nuggy Bowel ) & before I was able to order I waited at the counter for about 4 minutes without even being acknowledged by the Crew in the back & the Taller Male , when he did see me didn’t even greet me nor say hello. It wasn’t until the Younger African- American Young lady came from around the corner from what SHE was doing and said “ Hello , How are you tonight ? Will you being dining in or taking out ….. what is a name for the order “? She was great !

The younger Hispanic Female , possibly Team lead / Mgr ( early 20s ) was also very customer – oriented once she handed me my food . ( Props to her too )

Now Genuine reviews are a mixture of things and Getting food out FAST is definitely part of it .
Once my order was in , I waited a good 5-10 minutes before I even received my food . I think the District / Regional Manager needs to pay a visit to the KFC Watson location and do re- training on out to get food out in a timely manner with all due respect.

I went to KFC while moving to the Phoenix area and stopped at the location in Buckeye, Arizona. Placed my order and the cashier with the hoop nose ring took my order and she advised she would have my total at the window. I got to the window and gave my CC to the cashier and was directed immediately to the front for my food and handed my receipt. I looked at my receipt to see my total was “rounded up KFC Foundation” this was never authorized from me so I was unsure why this was a thing.

I asked the cashier and she stated it was KFC’s policy to round up ALL customers receipts and have it put to the KFC Foundation. I am also certain that is considered stealing and you can not take someone’s money and round it up to a foundation automatically let alone for the employee fund that helps with education and not to provide a total just shows it was a sneaky move.

I would not recommend the survive or the atmosphere but the chicken was extra crispy so thank goodness for that. KFC please do better in who you hire.

They are just acting like the manager which is absolutely horrible…

I will never order from this KFC for them not to allow you to use the restroom but you deliver orders for them with doordash is absolutely a disgrace. honestly this KFC and every KFC I’ve been to needs to be boycotted. They don’t want to be their number one. They don’t want to serve you. They want to sit and make fun of you and laugh at you because your order is not ready or they have to make your order…. They definitely are not motivated and do not care about you or your food at all. They represent KFC which is absolutely a disgrace. KFC needs to shut their doors because they don’t know how to hire anybody and they obviously don’t know how to run a fast food restaurant. The KFC on Watson in buckeye Arizona. Should fire the entire management crew and the whole entire crew that works there and start fresh… Every last person that works here is horrible….

If I could rate this place 0 starts I would! Terrible service and, get this, no chicken!
Went here for dinner just after 9:00. They had a closing time of 10:00 for indoor dining. When we arrived, there was no one at the counter, just 1 employee wiping down the drink area. We stood at the counter waiting for almost 5 minutes before being told by an employee who walked passed us that someone would be coming to take our order. After another 5 minutes, another employee came to the counter and asked if he could help us. We started to order, asking for a 3 piece chicken combo meal and we were told he didn’t think they had 3 pieces so we asked how about a 3 piece tenders combo. He responded that he would have to see if they had any tenders in the store. He walked away then came back and said they were all out of tenders. Are you kidding me?? It is literally Kentucky Fried CHICKEN and they had NO chicken!! They still had a line of cars in the drive through, guess they were all there for the fries? I sure hope so, because there was no chicken.
We definitely won’t be going back here and will recommend everyone else who is looking for good service, or even food, not go here either.

Came through the drive through and ordered three chicken Littles. Sat at the drive through for a few minutes, then they asked me to pull around front. Sat out front for 20 minutes, then went in and was told they were almost done and would be out in just another minute. 10 minutes later I went back in and was told the same thing. Stood inside for another 10 minutes before I had my food. Fast was nowhere to be found. 40 minutes for three chicken Littles. I won’t be back.

Went to drive thru for 12 pc family meal requested all extra crispy and the normal white/dark mix. Was told they were out of extra crispy and it would be 25-30 min wait. I mentioned that every time I come to this restaurant they are always out of extra crispy or try to switch me to all dark meat. The girl at the drive thru laughed at me when I told her how every time they are always out of something. I paid for the food and said I would be back to pick up the order. As she turned away from window, I could see her and two other employees laughing at me. She thought I had already pulled away an I said you think this is a big joke, Came back 25 minutes later to pick up. Drive thru empty. She tells me its going to be another 10 minutes. I said I would pull around front and you can bring it out when ready. At 43 minutes, enough was enough and I went into lobby and asked what was going on with my order. Only one table of people in restaurant. Told another 5 minutes. Finally gives me order and again all three employees laughing, This experience was the absolute worst example of customer service in my life. No wonder KFC is not doing very well and this location’s rating back it up!
