Ordered online, website said my order was ready but it wasn’t even close. I stood there and waited for at least 20-30 minutes. Not sure what the problem was but they weren’t very busy. They kept putting up wrong orders. They would put food on the counter and no one was there to claim. They kept putting a 2 piece combo white meat order and it just sat there. A lady that was there before me kept saying she ordered a 2 piece but dark meat not white meat and she kept getting ignored. Finally got my food and it was just plain nasty! Biscuit had an overpowering baking powder taste. The mashed potatoes and gravy were super salty, not sure if it was the potatoes or the gravy. The chicken was wayyyyyy too salty! It was just terrible. I had to throw it all away. The Cole slaw was as it should be. I paid $32.00 for an 8 piece family meal just to throw it away! I mean, I can feel it in my gut, I haven’t thrown up yet, but pretty sure I’m going to sometime tonight! I don’t normally make bad reviews but this was terrible!! KFC on North Avenue, Saturday evening Aug. 19th. Also, no plasticware or napkins!!!

Today at lunch I ordered a chicken nugget meal with an extra drink. When i got to the drive up window, the woman working handed us our drinks & when we didn’t drive off she rudely slammed open the window & asked why we’re still waiting. I explained we hadn’t received our nuggets, she insisted we didn’t order any. I showed her the receipt showing i did order & pay for them. With her continued VERY bad attitude, she told me to drive around to the back of the long line we’d already sat through. Needless to say we didn’t even bother at this point. She never even apologized! That was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had & she’s ALWAYS rude. I’ve just held my tongue until now. The saddest part is she’s in management!

KFC always delivers when it comes to flavorful and delicious chicken! We did feel like we were interrupting the employees even though it wasn’t busy. That was disappointing but we will still go back for the food.

This place is filthy, food on floors, tables, and the walls. The foul smell hits you when you walk in. My wife and I won’t be back. What Kentucky Fried Chicken has become is truly sad, was once a treasured treat now it’s a ridiculous overpriced fast food that isn’t worth the time or money. They should consider returning to their roots, once known for quality and service. Unfortunately I think their best days are over, as is the business as a whole.

Ordered food to eat in restaurant, they didn’t have any plates, so they fave folding boxes instead, ok so I guess we’ll eat off the table? Very unhappy! Also, had to request sporks to eat with.

Food is good but higher priced than other locations! It’s cheaper in Cortez. They do have a so called $20 fill up but don’t give you as much as before, so it’s not really a $20 fill up!

Didn’t get a receipt, but feel like I got taken for my money and what I got. When I put in the order on my phone, cost doesn’t add up. Lesson learned. Check the order before leaving and demand a receipt. Food is ok. My hometown KFC is better. Got my food after I barely pulled my card out when paying. Sometimes TOO fast of food delivery is not a good thing. Didn’t even get my 6 dipping sauces or get asked what I wanted.

Rudest, most apathetic workers ever. Everytime we go, we always get major attitude and ridiculously long wait times. Placed an order online for 15 minutes. Showed up at the 13 minute mark and they said “the app isn’t connected to their store” so they had to drop the chicken just then and told me it would be a 25 minute wait. 20+ cars through the drive through and 30 minutes later, food was brought out with a lot of attitude. Told the guy thank you so much, I appreciate it and he just said uh huh and walked backed in. Hate this location. It’s always something
