Obviously the owner of this business doesn’t pay attention to the reviews. I can’t recall the last time I experienced such a rude, apathetic level of service. The young lady at the drive through said nothing and just quickly shoved the food at me through the window. Then forgot to put portions of the order in the bag and acted as if I bothered her when I told her about it. Little wonder the reviews are so low and there was Noone in the restaurant when I was there. Very poor service and attitude. This was Sunday about noon, wouldn’t recommend

Timing… seriously what are they doing???? The food is good, they are nice and all, but the process/wait is absurd! They literally take your order at the drive, ask you to pull up to the second window, cook your food, hand it to you, AND THEN FINALLY, they tell the next person “sorry for the wait” and ask them for their order at the drive. If you see just one person in the drive-through, just keep driving because it’ll be a minute. Notice the average time at the store: 20 min? Ya that’s drive through!!! You can take multiple orders and hustle just a little! I promise it won’t hurt our “youth” to get down to business just for a minute and do more than 1 thing at a time!!!

Waited in drive thru for literally 15 minutes behind 1 car at the speaker. Worker had me repeat everything 2 or 3 times, even though I was speaking very clear English! Still got our order wrong, and got upset when I corrected her on just one part of our order. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Everytime I’ve visit this Burger King either the workers are chatting and no answers drive through or something is wrong with my food. This will be my last visit. There is no way to miss adding brown, old spoiled lettuce to a sandwich. Disgusting.

They missed a burger in my order. I drove back to the store and asked an employee, he found my burger and said “Oh!..it’s here, take it”. He was not worried about the miss and did not care to say sorry. There are better fast food chains in Melissa. Please avoid this place. Worst staff.

Can you explain how it is that your drive thru opens at 7:00 am yet 50% of the time when I come through at 7:30 am your workers say “I’m sorry, we’re currently out of iced coffee.” 30 minutes after opening you’re already out of iced coffee when you’re a fast food restaurant that serves breakfast and coffee is one of the top items people consume for breakfast? That’s like IHOP saying they are out of pancakes. It seems more likely you have employees who just don’t want to make any iced coffee.

1.50 for extra cheese on 3 whoppers and they forgot it… they did throw in a lot of ketchup and onion ring sauce, and 2 marinara cups, so, kind of a wash. Called them after we ate. They were apologetic. Food tasted good… fries and onion rings were cold though when brought to car. Would go back.
