First time trying this place. Everything seemed normal besides the weird interactions with the workers. Our server didn’t seem to care about anything and would say “you’re welcome” before we could even say anything. I didn’t mind too much because I just wanted to eat. Upon halfway through the food, I discover a white roach in my pho. I did not want to make a scene so I took it to the attention of the staff directly and was told that “it was just a fly, there’s nothing they can do about it”. The bug was a white roach(white roaches are a sign of infestation). I was disgusted and left no gratuity. Upon leaving the store, a staff worker I spoke to about the roach yells out” we are charging you a tip next time”. Funny that they think there would be a next time. Absolutely terrible attitudes and food safety. Considering calling food safety

Went here with my fiancé and was extremely satisfied! As a picky pregnant eater, I never finish my meals… well today I finished my alllll of my Pho & was planning our next day date back to Main Street Pho! Service was great and the restaurant was clean! We will definitely be back!

Delicious Pho!
The special was Pho with shrimp, chicken and pork including a roll and a salad (no shrimp on mine but they gave me extra pork). Nice price.
Small interior, don’t go with a big group.

It was my first time even stepping foot in this establishment and the older gentleman was so annoyed and short with me. If it wasn’t for the younger more energetic and easy going guy I would’ve walked out and went to my normal spot. The older gentleman acted as if asking questions about the menu were not allowed or that it was getting on his last nerve. Then I asked could I have extra protein with my Pho and he said it’s portioned but at the bottom of the menu I believe it says Grilled Pork. It’s okay it was my first and last time I’ll be coming because for $75 the attitude wasn’t called for I can spend that somewhere else.

I got delivery of lemongrass pork vermicelli and crispy pork spring rolls. The spring rolls were magical. I prefer a thinner rice noodle that isn’t quite as soft as these, but recognize it’s definitely a style thing. I didn’t taste much lemongrass in the pork, but it was a very tasty dish I’d be happy to eat again.

Pho was delicious… however I did not select spicy and my hoisin sauce was spicy. Next time I will order pick up and not delivery so I can make sure my order is correct. So I will give it another try because I think it’s worth it outside it being too spicy

Pho and apps were very good. The service was even better. The young guy with short hair and short scruffy facial hair is soooo kind, that really made this restaurant memorable. I will definitely be back.

Update: I am super impressed with the responsiveness of the owner who responded quickly to let us know there is a printed menu and that the waitstaff was asked to make sure customers know it’s available in addition to the digital one. For some customers that option will be much appreciated. Yippee!! Thanks for being so responsive and so quickly?
Original Post: I enjoyed my first visit and would return if I was with a bunch of friends who wanted to try it. The chicken summer rolls were excellent, flavorful and delicately made. The pho had tasty grilled chicken. The broth was not as intensely flavored as I’ve had elsewhere. The service was fine.
[owner later addressed and solved this concern.] I didn’t like that they don’t have a printed menu and I had to have a cel phone to look at it on line. And viewing it on my phone took too long to load all the pictures and was too small to let me compare pictures of different dishes. So, I just ordered what loaded quickly on my screen and likely missed seeing some other dishes I may have preferred.
