Got 2 meals with chicken only one 4 pc and one 3 pc. It was the best KFC I had in a long time. I have not been going to any KFC in Irving. We were on our way to my son’s in Joshua. Stopped off I 20. Crunchy, and moist!

I went to this location to get some chicken. New location figured everyone employed will be top notch.

I went to use the bathroom before ordering and noticed the men bathroom is disgusting. I told myself nope not here. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

I walked out and noticed the employes just standing around speaking Spanish. Joking around what it seemed like.

If you got time to lean you got time to clean. New reaustraunt will low standards and no pride.

I went to this location to get lunch to go around 1:00 p.m. today. When I walked in, there was no one at the counter. I stood there watching the workers in the back. No one came to the counter to assist me. One worker, a guy came out of the bathroom and walked through the door behind the counter and continued to walk around to the back. He ignored me. There were several people working back there; however, no one ever came to the counter. There were no other customers in the store at this time. I stood there a few more minutes and decided to leave. I went next door to Popeye’s where the service is MUCH better. I guess I should have read the reviews for this KFC before going in. Not very favorable. I will not go back. Popeye’s is my go to from now on.

Absolutely the slowest “fast food” restaurant and worst service ever! I’ve officially given them more than 5 chances over the course of a year, thinking it would get better. Maybe it’s a short-staffing issue, maybe it’s a management issue. At this point, I don’t care. I’m done giving them chances to get their stuff in order. I placed my order via the app at 1143am and didn’t get my food until 1230, when the app says 5-15 minutes. They are incredibly unorganized, no one is EVER at the register to greet, take orders or fix errors in someone’s order. I was waiting with 4 other people for our orders or correction of orders today when 2 construction workers showed up and I flat out told them if they have a short lunch like me, to go somewhere else and don’t waste their time or money here as they are slower than ever today. I’m sure they’ve lost a TON of business because of all their issues. I know they’ve now lost mine. Which sucks because they are right down the street for me. But I don’t care, I’d rather go somewhere where my lunch time isn’t wasted. Management needs to step it up.

Rude little girl at the register just ignored us took 25 minutes to take our order and we were the only ones there? that should’ve been a red flag alone. food was disgusting dry or old almost every table had food or gravy stains on them only thing decent was the drink never eating there again KFC just close this location or hire competent managers the kids working there don’t have the mentality or experience nor the patience to work in customer service some of them just learned how to wipe right.

The food was awesome hot and freshly made. But the service was terrible. It was the new kiosk and I couldn’t get any worker to help me understand how to work it. Then I received my order but without my drinks I ordered I asked for cups for the drinks. I go get my drinks to find out there’s No Ice in the machine . It was just not a good visit @KFC I’m not sure if I will be returning to this location.

This place is rude and nasty!! So, they get NO STARS!!!!
They don’t give you a receipt or the correct food you ordered!!! PLUS NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE CALLS!!!
I ordered 2 piece, all white, and they gave me a thigh and leg!!! But, yet, charged me for white meat!!! How embarrassing it was when my mom opened her box to see a thigh and leg!!! Disappointment!!!
CLOSE THIS KFC DOWN!! OR GET PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WORKING HERE!!!
Who owns this KFC and what is their working phone number!?!?!
