Well first I’d suggest go through the drive thru, I normally like to go in places. But regretted this one. As I’m standing there waiting, drive thru took 4 orders that came after me. Watched a car come after me and leave before I’d even ordered yet. Got the extra crispy chicken that looked crispy but wasn’t crispy. Was a more moist texture. Didn’t get the 2 biscuits and got a second mashed potatoes instead of the mac and cheese. The best part of my meal was the coleslaw. Mashed potatoes and gravy honestly had a metallic like taste. Can’t explain it, but it wasn’t good. A coupon brought me in, but nothing else would again. Better chicken and service in town at other places.

Went thru the drive thru to grab lunch for my lady while she’s at work.. so definitely on a time crunch. Pull up and was told “We have no chicken, the only thing we have is sides and popcorn chicken.” … I get when trucks are late/don’t come etc. But for a chicken place to run out of the main item says a lot.

I went with my kids to get something “quick” to eat , we ordered 8 pz fries, and mac and cheese. After 35 min they told me they didn’t have the Mac and cheese so I changed the order for mashed potatoes , after an hour we still didn’t get our food, so I talked to the cashier , I got my money back , she was so nice and she was embarrassed for the situation . I don’t know what happened but I had bad experiences on every KFC that I visited on OKC.

I placed an order through the KFC app for 2 buckets of Original. Having it delivered through DoorDash. KFC told thedoor dash driver they only had the Extra crispy. Then KFC let the driver cancell my order without talking to me. KFC should have contacted me about it.

Ordered a pick in the app for 11am at 730am in the morning so order was made before they opened at 1030am. Got there at 11am order wasn’t ready they said the extra crispy chicken was still being cooked. I waited and got my order at 11:12am and went home. They gave me original recipe and not extra crispy. Made me wait and gave me the wrong order, hadn’t ate KFC in over a decade and I think I was on the right path before.

Next time I’ll go to McDonald’s…… At least there food is edible. And they forgot our sauce, my kid’s fries weren’t in the bag. The gravy looks like they tossed a frozen bag in the microwave and tried to make it hot.
