Came to this location around 3:30 in the afternoon and I ordered a NEW menu item which was the 6 piece hot&spicy wings with wedges as the side. Everything was OLD. The wedges had little to no crunch as if they have been sitting the wings were so old the meat on the inside looked brown. This is unacceptable!!! People come here and spend their hard earned money especially in this economy the least you can do is give them FRESH food!! I don’t recommend this location AT ALL!!!

I should give this store A BIG FAT ZERO… its nasty, dirty, serves raw chicken.. dont go to kfc . They dont want to give sauses out unless you buy nuggets.. I spent 50.00 there, I got home to find out they ripped me off , I ordered a 12 piece and some other stuff, then I got home I only had 8 pieces of chicken, I called them and the shift manager called me a LIAR… I tell you what happened, the shift manager wasnt happy that I asked for the manager over the sauce. Well the shift manager decided to rip me off. That’s ok tho.. im calling corporate. I called corporate and they said they store already took care of replacing my food.. which THEY DID NO SUCH THING. If you want to be treated like crap and get ripped off this is the place you wanna go to.. their services are crap. Ive been dealing with this since Dec 19th, 2025.. and may I say ( sarcastically) what a pleasure its been… also I’ve probably spent about 10 hours on hold maybe longer while the call center brings this to upper management.. what a joke…. DO NOT GO TO KFC ON 76th AND S.WESTERN IN OKC… YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Also, after reading all these review.. KFC management should do an audit on this store.. to many of the same complaints.. refusing to give sauces, constant inconsistencies with orders, unrembursted food and missing food that has never been replaced, rude staff.. food is never ready, always having to wait 20 or 30 minutes for the food. Management needs to chk how many times refunds were issued, how many times the no sale button was hit.. this store has lots of issues and things need to change.. how dare you call your customers liars. Ridiculous. ..

So I went to the location on 7617 southwestern. The guy was nice and everything until it comes to the ordering and I told him that I would like to have the two breast instead of how it comes or whatever he proceeded to tell me that it would be $.99 extra for me to change to two breasts so in total, it would be an extra two dollars for me to get the same thing that I got in the app which did not charge me anything extra then I forgot to order barbecue sauce and I asked the guy if I could get barbecue sauce and he said it would be $.40 extra and they did not accept credit cards And then said that he could not give it to me since I ordered an app which I think is stupid because I was willing to pay the extra charge to get the barbecue sauce, but your system does not allow him or he just did not want to give me the barbecue sauce and charge me the price if you want customers to continue to come to your locations you need to offer a way for them to be able to get what they’re wanting and if there’s gonna be a up charge, it needs to be the same in the app as it is in store and not different again I’m not sure when I’ll be back to this location or any other location of KFC just because of the kind of rudeness of the guy after I asked him for barbecue sauce and he proceeded to pretend like he was trying to get bring it in and he said the system wouldn’t let him I believe that but there needs to be a way for you to do that or accommodate your guest and not have them leave dissatisfied

Well first I’d suggest go through the drive thru, I normally like to go in places. But regretted this one. As I’m standing there waiting, drive thru took 4 orders that came after me. Watched a car come after me and leave before I’d even ordered yet. Got the extra crispy chicken that looked crispy but wasn’t crispy. Was a more moist texture. Didn’t get the 2 biscuits and got a second mashed potatoes instead of the mac and cheese. The best part of my meal was the coleslaw. Mashed potatoes and gravy honestly had a metallic like taste. Can’t explain it, but it wasn’t good. A coupon brought me in, but nothing else would again. Better chicken and service in town at other places.

I had ordered one of the Tuesday deals online. It took 25 minutes after my 7 PM estimated time for them to bring out my food… And it was entirely the wrong order. I would have gone back in to have them fix it except that they had just informed everyone that all chicken would be a 40 minute wait!

The manager (at 7617 on Western) himself stated that he would “purposely piss me off” after stating that I could not order the same thing I have been for months, could not give me a refund for 1$ on a side they got wrong, and then argued with me about what I could order off of their menu. Refused to refund the meal after saying the “purposely piss me off” line, apparently had to call someone for help to give a refund? as a manager? and then didn’t want to hand back the proof of refund once done. My entire office has been eating lunch there regularly recently… not anymore. The manager’s name is Tim. I am honestly blown away by how rude he was to me and my coworkers. Uncalled for.

At October 1st at 1:18 I decided to go to KFC for lunch what I found was disappointing. When you go eat somewhere you expect a clean atmosphere. This is unacceptable when it comes to appearance, the lobby was the same way. I saw what was under the kitchen I seen chicken, food, sauces,drinks. I just want to let people know what horrible standards are when there is no supervision. My ticket number was #3041

Ordered food through Uber eats. The sandwich was cold and soggy and tasted weird. The pie poppers were fridge cold. The famous bowl was hot so I know it wasn’t just waiting on the driver to get here.

The only reason this place got a 2 was because of the very nice cashier. Got there at 1230 just for them to say they only had Extra crispy chicken and no biscuits I waited in the lobby for 25 minutes before I was helped they knew they were out of biscuits then. If you know you are going to be busy at lunch then prepare enough food.

And the put 12 piz , mashed potato, no gravy, all mushed with gravy , all biscuits old hard .
All employees look like mad no empathy no respect to the Costomer, How can they hire people like that, the company will know? I’m referring to the owner. I will never buy there again. I’d rather eat my beans with tortillas than give away my money for crap
