I hate this place! Every time I go there they get my order wrong or forget something. I waited for my drink because they forgot it and then he had to change the the Dr. Pepper and it wasn’t working so I had to get something else. I got home and my spicy chicken sandwich literally had hardly any sauce and it tasted old. I called to either get my money back or something else to replace it, but they told me they were too busy to do anything for me and he knows they put sauce on it. I’m not going back here! And this review is for the rogersville location.

Went to KFC this past week( week of Sept 1st)ordered a 8 PC bucket with mash potatoes & gravy and corn,with a individual Mac and cheese…getting home to start eating we noticed there was no mash potatoes but there was the gravy for it…in its place was Mac and cheese…and then we noticed there was no biscuits (4pcs)…my wife called to complain twice because the first time was for the mash potatoes and second time was for the biscuits…we were told they would put our name on a list so the next time we come they would correct it…this is not the first time we’ve had a problem there don’t understand how you can’t read the ordering screen and put the wrong items in a bag,it’s from not paying attention…in saying that I’ve worked at more than a few fast food restaurants so it gives me knowledge of putting food orders together…so now instead of just checking out the bag if all the items are there,I’m going to open up the containers if the food is right…this is at ALL take outs,and it’s real sad having to do this…here is a picture of size of a drum stick compared to a wing…and getting two free cookie for a mistake someone made doesn’t work anymore…

This is a Combo restaurant with Taco bell. Absolutely great staff, service and cleanliness in dining and bathrooms. I enjoyed lunch with my daughter and best friend and had a pleasant experience being able to order from either menu.

Super busy place. Long lines at drive-thru and at the counter. Apparently had issues with machine for receipts and order numbers. That was kind of a mess as people forgot their numbers. But food was fresh and hot.
