I ordered online and arrived when I was told my order would be ready, but they had not even started my food. Luckily it was ready in just a few minutes. I went inside to check how long it would be, and the lobby was clean and neat. All the workers I encountered were on the ball and friendly. We have been to this store twice. We wanted original recipe and got half and half. The second time we were told that they were out of original recipe. They had 4 pieces of crispy left. It was 5:04 p.m. No mention of when the next batch of chicken was coming out. This is the third store that’s been in Mexico, Missouri. The first store was taken away from owner. It was their best store. The second store could never get your order right. The latest store is the worst to date. They never have chicken My wife is going to their store one more time this evening. I’ve never had chicken so geasey from KFC before until I went here. Everything was horrible. When your order was ready they didn’t call out a number nor did they ask for a name to put it under. Seating was limited. Too much gossip in front of customers, we really don’t want to hear about your personal life and personal body problems. They had a Hispanic guy the back who picked up a plastic bag off the floor and threw it in the trash and went back to work making chicken without washing his hands. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered online for the residents at my residential facility for a set pick up time…get there only to continue to have to wait another 15 minutes because it wasnt ready..should have fried my own chicken…almost $70.00 down the drain…portion sizes extremely small, put my mashed potatoes and gravy in a bag on top of my slaw, biscuits were hard, breading was mush, didn’t give me all my chicken, I bought a 1/2 gallon bucket drink and they wouldn’t fill it…need I continue

We stopped by to get a bucket of chicken at 7:45pm and they said they weren’t cooking anymore chicken tonight. They don’t close till 10pm. Why are you not going to try and sell chicken 2 plus hours before quitting time? Very disappointed in this KFC!!!

Ask for a classic chicken wrap and instead of letting us know they are out of the chicken needed. They take it upon themselves to make a spicy chicken sandwich. Seems like they never have enough chicken to get through the evenings.
