This subway is by far the worst. I’ve ordered from there multiple times and something is always incorrect and the management doesn’t help fix anything and is very very rude about it. My mother got charged twice from them and they refuse to give her the money back and is telling her to dispute through her bank. My sandwich that I ALWAY get is NEVER toasted when I request toasted! This location also closes at different times because they can never keep staff! Dont visit here if u love subway bcz u will be disappointed!

I don’t eat pork due to religious restrictions, and I recently ordered three personal veggie pizzas online from this location. When I received them, something smelled off. I took a closer look and found a pepperoni slice hidden under the tomato on one pizza. When I checked the others, I found signs that pepperoni had been removed but traces were still there. I was absolutely disgusted and heartbroken.
This isn’t just a mistake, it’s a serious violation of trust and disrespect to someone’s religious beliefs. I threw all three pizzas in the trash. I felt deceived and there was no way to file a complaint or get support.
Please be extremely careful if you have dietary or religious restrictions.

Worst pizza I ever had. Ordered two pepperoni pizza to go and they served cold and not cooked pizza. I even saw the employee taking pizza out of oven before it was even done. They also didn’t give any napkins either. Worst service ever and will be the last time I will be ever going to this location.

Slowest Subway line ever. Haven’t been to this Verona location in a long time because I never have good luck here (slow line, run out of bread, staff is untrained, etc.). Not going back, and the management is just plain rude. If you don’t want to deal with customers, then shut the place down.

Management is very poor here. Ordered a sub and PAID for it but it didnt come through yet because it was 10 minutes before the set time. The manager there at the time didn’t know what to do and didn’t speak the best English. Then got another manager on the phone and I was told since it hasn’t come through yet they couldn’t make it but it was already paid for and shown to the manager there. Big hassle and waste of time!
