we ain’t from here, went through the drive through. very friendly lady on the speaker. picked up our food. very friendly still. went to where we are staying, opened the box of chicken. looked liked someone dropped the chicken in an oil change container. darkest, greasiest chicken I’ve ever seen. didn’t taste bad after you removed the nasty outer skin. but thats crispy skin is one reason to go to kfc. not in this case.

It has been a long time since I’ve eaten at KFC in Mexico, Missouri. My last experience was not a great one.
This experience however was completely different. The young lady working both the register and the window greeted me and I loved her personality. Very sweet.

Great service. Young lady at the front counter was very efficient. When more people came in someone from the back cam up to get order. They came up to make sure everyone had been taken care of. Also appreciate the dining room is open and clean.

We had a great experience at the Mexico Missouri KFC. I haven’t eaten yet Mexico KFC in a long time. Last time I ate there they had the glass solarium. The service was absolutely the best. The food was great and Lori was super friendly and efficient. Thank you.

Check your orders!! Every time we place a mobile order they forget something. This last time they forgot the biscuits but they did remember jelly and honey for them.

I ordered online and arrived when I was told my order would be ready, but they had not even started my food. Luckily it was ready in just a few minutes. I went inside to check how long it would be, and the lobby was clean and neat. All the workers I encountered were on the ball and friendly. Extra thanks to the young man who argued with his coworkers to make sure our order was correct and complete!

Location was very busy, but staff seemed not to be in any sort of hustle. Long wait times both inside and in drive through. Placed 2 combo order at 6:03 pm. Did not get it until 6:29. They didn’t even get my order right. I ordered one of the Mac and Cheese Bowls that were on special and they gave me a famous bowl.
