I think a&w restaurants are underrated. Wish they’d become more popular. Most if not all around here don’t seem to keep chilled mugs in the freezer.

This was a weird situation. Wouldn’t sell a single chicken strip ,only sold in sets of three. But only had two in my order. Asked for a refund of the cost of the missing chicken and was told that “The cost of two was more than the cost of three”- so no refund. Had to wait for them to cook a third that I didn’t even want. Weird

Sometimes there is a wait but the food is always fresh and worth it then. I love the biscuits, they’re the only ones I eat. Nice for families who want different menus to pick from (chicken versus burgers). I wish the Georgia gold would come back though

I have been going to A & W since I was a kid and the food has been consistently good You might find that some of the burgers vary in name in different geographical locations although the one sadly that I am thinking of closed down. It had the drive up window where you put the tray on the window on the door. You can still purchase the mugs. I just bought one of the baby mugs and they are very affordable just under three dollars without purchase of drink. Staff was friendly and it was clean, fast, and stocked.

I am from our of town over the mountain and I have to say this was one if the best KFC I have been to for a very long time.
Not only was the food terrific but the service was above and beyond and the place was very very clean.
Thank you for such a great meal and wonderful service. If I Lives in town I would return sooner but next time I am on town I will definitely return.

We came in on a bus load of Special Olympics athletes and their coach and chaperones, and we get in and out with no issues at all in about 30ish minutes! Very well maintained, and service was amazing !

Right in the middle of town of Moses Lake. They are always clean, courteous, and aim to serve. I know, cuz sometimes I can be difficult. I always go there when I come from out of town. Whether I’m hungry, need something to drink, or just need a bathroom break. I’m glad they are there and successful all these years! They are for good reasons – good people and good service and good food you can count on.
