Terrible service, this place is the worst. I love Kentucky Fried Chicken, but haven’t been able to eat it in years due to every location being like this. The lady acted like I was. The lady acted like I was bothering her for placing the drive through order.. That’s the last thing you want customers to feel like. Her tone was so rude that I drove off.

Ordered online for pickup. 30 minutes later, when it said the food would be ready, it wasn’t even started yet. The manager was sitting on her phone, and only started getting our order ready after another employee pointed out that there was someone standing in the lobby.

The service was VERY slow! It took about 10 minutes to order and another 20 minutes to get our fries and biscuits. It was really rough with my Austic boys who couldn’t figure out why it took so long to get our food.

I dont know why I keep giving this place a shot. I thought it would be better under new management and it’s not. My order gets messed up every time without fail. Just went and we’re missing 2 items from our order and there was literally 3 sips of soda in the cup cause it was so packed with ice. Essentially paid $18 for a chicken sandwich and potatoes.

No chicken ready at all. Out of sweet tea, pot pies, original recipe batter for chicken. Employees, only 3, fighting with one another, screaming and yelling… terrible terrible place.. do not go there or order from this location, ever!!

This place just never has it together. A year ago or so, the food was so bad that it was just not edible. I personally stopped going all together. Not long ago there was a sign that said under new management. I didn’t trust it. Then I saw a friend post about the great quality food they got recently. So I tried it. It was so good that night. Of course I was like, heck ya, they’re back. Unfortunately a few weeks later, after no hesitation, I went back. The food was again, not edible. There were 2 guys working and they were so confused anyways. The food was literally gross. The chicken was just bathing in grease in the bucket. So much so that the breading was soggy. The mac and cheese was half empty and just crusty. The gravy was chunky. Terrible… maybe the old management came back, I know I won’t.

Pulled into drive thru at 1:30 pm on weekday. No one answered. We assumed that the speaker was broken. Waited in line for 10 minutes…. decided to leave. As we were leaving the driveup.. an employee addressed us on the drive up speaker, saying “we’re nearly out of food, so we can’t take any orders”. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE. NEVER VISITING AGAIN.
