Decided to swing in here, since I haven’t been in for awhile and wanted to check out the remodel. Very nice! The young man at the register had excellent customer service and very friendly. The young lady serving orders up had a smile on her face, as we picked up our order. Great seating area. The decor is very modern yet has a retro/vintage flare of the previous KFC’s. I love the family dining vibe. Around the table. The food was presented on platters. Everything was super fresh being an odd time in between lunch and dinner rush. All employees stayed busy. I did not see anyone on their phones. Reasonably priced and we will definitely be back. Restrooms cleaned and well stocked. Deserved a 5☆ alone just for putting all the customers first before phones. Keep up the good work and service. Thank you! 😉

My best friend went to your restaurant and had an extemely disappointing experience. He got corn instead of green beans for one, and didn’t get hot sauce and honey for the biscuits when the cashier snarkily told him that the hot sauce and honey were already in the bag. If I wanted bad attitude, sub par chicken, and lack of care I’d go to the deli at the local grocery store.

I got some chicken and fries for my kids on Thursday June 29th,2023, The fries were so soggy and looked like they have been made like three days earlier. It was so bad my kids couldn’t even eat it, The chicken was nothing to write about because I do not have the right words to describe it. It was a total waste of money.

I made the mistake of eating lunch there today. Counter person was rude and very unhelpful when I asked about the menu changes. The food was sub par. The chicken breast coating was hard (I ordered original recipe). I will not be going back there.

The staff was very slow. The girl at the cashier made sure she told customers they were short-handed. Every table in the whole place was dirty. Customers were actually making comments about the tables. One customer that was there before we were was still waiting when we were leaving. And still did NOT have his order. I was very disappointed, to say the least.

I ordered the chicken strip box and I ate one chicken strip and went in for another one just to get a chicken strip that was black and purple, make sure you check your chicken before you eat it because they don’t care what it looks like they’re still going to serve it to you.
