I’ve been going to this location for a few years now. Never had any issues with the food before other than only getting 4 pieces of chicken in the famous bowl maybe 5 if im lucky. But I prepare for that and buy extra chicken pieces when I get it delivered. Tonight I did the same, but the chicken tasted really off. It had a foul taste to it. Not even my fiance liked it and he eats everything. We ended up tossing it. As for staff, I understand it gets busy and stressful, but they don’t need to take it out on the customers. Most likely will not be returning.

Stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes. Suddenly two ladies walk out of the office to fill a drive thru order. One asked if I was picking up an order, and I replied no, I’ve been waiting to place an order. With that she went on to fill the drive thru order, so I left. Will not return to this location again!

So came here just to try the new wraps. I wanted one of each. Was told I could not mix the wraps for the combo. So I asked if I could get the 2 for $5 and get one of each she said no. This is crazy since if you see there both $3 if you buy one of each. So I had to pay $12 for a combo instead of $7.99. Think I will stick to Popeys.

Employees are extremely rude. They don’t care one bit about anything in regard to customer service. They forget items and get orders wrong. We went at 840 at night when they close at 10. They refused to make any additional food. No fries and no chicken besides bones. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I have never heard of a fast food restaurant that can only make 1 type of chicken and no fries? This seems incredibly bizarre. I wonder if any one manages or owns this restaurant? Wonder if they care this location has gone completely down hill and ruined one of my favorite places to eat. I can tell you for sure that the drive through employee is the rudest person ever. Weird for a customer service position. I will never return. Don’t bother calling though. It will take hours of your time for you to get a person to answer the phone. Wondering when any one will open their eyes on this location.

I had a terrible experience here. The staff was rude and unfamiliar with their own menu. I inquired about a menu item I saw online, was told I could order it, and then was told the item didn’t exist after I inquired as to why my order was incorrect. While all of that was fine, the employee had a terrible attitude for no reason. I ended up canceling my order but was charged anyway. While I was able to dispute the charge with my bank, I shouldn’t have had to. I get that good employees are scarce at this time but having experiences like this only drives customers away.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Horrible customer service. Overcharged for food and it was cold and missing items!!! I ended up throwing everything away and just going to Taco Bell across the street. Horrible location, horrible service, horrible food. What’s worse is these are full grown adults working here acting like children.

Ordered a 5 piece Nashville hot tenders and I got 3 regular sized tenders and one tender broken In half to make up the other 2 like you can’t be serious every time I come to this kfc something always wrong with the order It’s like they wanna go out of business.
