Two separate times they’ve shorted us food. Tonight it was an entire meal deal. Last time it was the kid’s meal drink (capri sun). Try to call about it and no one answers phone. I always loved KFC but stopped buying it over 20 years ago because no matter where I bought it, it wasn’t as good as when I was younger. I stopped with a friend over a year ago here and been back many times as this KFC is just like I remembered. I come here at different times and just as good. Now family members come to visit and stop at this location to take home.

This store was filthy! The manager and cook were in store ignoring customers. The lobby was nasty and sticky. We ordered $32 worth of food only to get it home and see the pot pies were old and reheated and the chicken had to be cooked that morning because when we got it this afternoon it was way past window time! Don’t waste your money because there’s a sign at the front counter saying NO REFUNDS but they will attempt to make your food right. Why would I trust them a second time? I will continue to go to the Galena location at least the food is fresh and the store is clean! DONT WATSE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON DOUGLAS!
