Don’t use pre-order app. Order is never ready when promised. Last time, 25 minutes late. Store doesn’t care, not even a I’m sorry. I’ve tried the app 5 times, disappointed every time. Westchester, IL store on Roosevelt. My suggestion, go somewhere else.

Very bad customer service jaylen didn’t greet me when I walked in and he saw me standing there so after 3min I said hello are u gonna take my order he said hold on…. after 3 more mins he ask how can I help u… I ordered a chicken pot pie that took 15mins… he didn’t ask me if I would like something to drink while I wait instead he gave the other 2 customers free cups… while I paid for mine… most of the tables was not cleaned and the place was somewhat empty…. I gave two stars because other then the bad customer service the food was hot and fresh.

First and last time for the chicken nugget meal. Fries were cold and hard. Biscuit was dropped in the bag not wrapped along with cold fries. No sauce offered. The presentation of this new food item/meal deal was epic failure.

Everyone seems to have a bad attitude at this location. But it starts at the top- the managers are rude, impatient, and act as if they are doing you a favor and you’re not paying for the food. So the employees are equally terrible. Go to Berwyn instead because their employees seem to be held accountable for the service they provide. If managers have no customer service skills, neither do the employees
