This was my first time at any Mimosa House location. The place was busy! But they got us seated within 10 minutes of our arrival. All of the staff were really friendly, which says a lot on a busy Saturday morning. Our waitress was Olivia, and she was very kind, pleasant, and professional. We also kept flagging down a random server named Nick, who recommended a fantastic, delicious Mimosa with fresh pressed apple juice and the cup was drizzled with caramel sauce somehow. I think it was called wicked apple. We ordered an appetizer, it was this awesome crispy French toast dish, sprinkled with chocolate and caramel sauce, and coated with coconut flakes… divine! We shared a combo plate of biscuits and gravy, which also came with 2 eggs, 2 bacon strips, and 2 sausages. The biscuits were perfect and the gravy was extra delicious and had some kind of herbs mixed in. The eggs, bacon, and sausages were also cooked perfectly, especially the sausages, which were cooked to perfection! They didn’t give us any grief about sharing our plate (as some places do) and our appetizer, main course, and 3 mimosas each cost way less than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised with the service, food, and atmosphere. I highly recommend this place, and I am no stranger to brunch…

This restaurant has a few other locations in the area, it’s my favorite bunch spot. The food is amazing and the drink options are limit less. They also have a lot of variety if you have food issues most of them are pretty easy to work around. Whether with friends or just needing sometime to escape and clear my mind, or if I’m working if I’m in the area it’s my go to spot. Typically it’s a chill environment and if you like mimosas that’s an added bonus. I like to try a new flavor every time. I’ve never had a meal or a drink I didn’t like.
