My favorite pizza chain. Usually great deals if you go pick it up yourself. By the time I order and then get there it’s ready. They don’t mess up the order and I like their pizza because it’s fresh. The location looks rough bjt but it’s easy to get in and out of.

My family has been ordering from this Papa John’s location for 12+ years. Have always been pleased with the quality of the pizza. As far as the timeliness of the delivery, never had a big issue (5-10 minutes early or late is not a problem). We often order for large groups 8-10 pizzas and use the scheduling of the delivery for a set time and never had an issue. The last 3-4 deliveries have all been 20+ minutes late. This last Saturday our delivery was 45 minutes late. I called a couple of times and all I was told was the delivery is on its way. When the pizza finally arrived, the person just left it at the front steps. Not even ringing the doorbell even though we selected the ‘normal door delivery option.’ Not sure what has happened if it is management or lack of employees or both. We are sad and disappointed that our go-to pizza delivery place has been going downhill. Will start looking for a new place.

I’ve been ordering well done pizza from this location for 1 year. When I first ordered normal bake pizza 1 yr ago the dough was raw which is why I always order well done since then. Today I received burned pizza!!! I called the store to let them know I received burned pizza and they said it’s well done and hadn’t changed their method of making the pizza. I repeatedly stated to them that I only order well done and never received a burnt pizza like today. They repeated there same scripted answer and offered a partial discount. I was not satisfied with that answer. The pizza doesn’t even taste right because it’s so burnt so we can’t even eat it. The Gen Manager came on the phone a said something similar to what the employee said but did offer to remake or issue a full refund. I took the refund just on principle. If a customer it’s saying something is wrong on your end you should fix it not make it seem like they did something wrong or should have known better. I will not order from this place again. Beware.

Got a thin crust extra cheese pepperoni pizza… received a un-cut pepperoni pizza with pineapple, lovely. Josh gave us our refund which was nice of him, would’ve rather had the original pizza though.

Come on down to Papa Johns! Where we take pride in our quality and service. Here’s just a few items we’re proud of! Look at our delicious $18 specialty pizza, complete with the thinnest layer of cheese and made lukewarm so you don’t burn your mouth.
Why not add some of our amazing garlic breadsticks, served with just enough sauce for you to enjoy two with while you figure out what to do with the rest of them. Don’t worry though, the money our management saved by reducing our ramekin and serving size will surely award them a raise.
This location sucks, the chain sucks. Can we all agree to just stop giving them our money now? I sure will. But hey, at least they saved 7 cents on me with that ramekin.

Usually order from here and have had no issues before. This time especially was more irritating. Garlic Knots, Large Original Crust Cheese Pizza, add Garlic Parmesan Cheese is what I ordered. Recieved my order the first time and noticed they gave me a stuffed crust pizza. I specifically didn’t want stuffed crust because I’m not a fan. I do enjoy a normal crust with the garlic Parm flavor. So I called back and the person on the phone was able to help me out. Got a new one delivered to me. To my shock they gave me the same pizza again. Stuffed crust… I called back again asking if they can fix it right this time and they were only able to make it again if I drove to pick it up or a refund. Well I paid a delivery fee for a reason and tip and so I wanted my food delivered. They wouldn’t work with me and the guy was rude and frustrating to communicate with while there is loud music in the background. Asked for a refund instead. Very irritating customer service. Will not order from here again.

Terrible customer service at this location. We ordered pizza for delivery and I was tracking it the whole time. They cancelled our order and then when I called to ask what happened they said we cancelled the order on our end. Not cool Papa
