This is the BEST kfc we have been to! We ordered a big order of two 12 piece family meals. It was easy to order with the nice cashier, Mikhail. The manager was so nice in letting us know that there would be a 15 min wait for fresh chicken, but gave us a free drink to have while we waited. Thank you thank you for the great service!!!

Order a spicy chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes. Got all the way to my house and no mashed potatoes. Called the store repeatedly with no answer. Would be nice to either receive my money back or at least someone answer the phone. Great customer service. Not.

I ordered a family bucket meal all white breast meat in Peta Premium for it. I got a regular bucket of original recipe chicken when I got home with it. When I called the store multiple times, no one picked up the phone. When I finally started leaving a message, someone picked up the phone. I was audibly upset at this point. The person gave me the “mistakes happen” and more excuses but really not an apology. Then, he proceeded to yell at me about my attitude for their mistake, and told me that he could send me something in the mail. My only options were send me something in the mail or drive all the way back – I don’t live in the same town as the restaurant – to have them fix my order. Meanwhile the manager continue to yell at me because I was upset. This is how he decided to de-escalate the situation. Horrible customer service. With somebody like that in charge, it’s very obvious why the workers aren’t fulfilling orders correctly, and I don’t blame them when their management is like that. Update: arrived at the store. Was being polite to the drive through person and manager interrupts and says to just drive forward. I arrive at the window and explain I brought the other chicken back because I didn’t think it was right to keep it – wasn’t yelling or sounding angry. He proceeded to yell at me through the drive through window. He did end up giving me the correct order and the money (which I said I wasn’t looking for an entire refund and food – he yelled that it was what he was going to do). When he came back with the food – he was trying to be polite but I didn’t want to hear anything this person had to say at this point and drove off. Worst service ever and just bad management.

First off I asked a question to manager how they didn’t have buffalo sauce at chicken place. He swears at me and he come in to confront him for swearing at me then gets in my face and threatening to call cops. Poor attitude in management and service. Just outrageous they would have someone running the store who is vile to o other people. Food is on a down hillside. Might end up being the devils bowl up by Duluth no way of knowing where it will go. No now seriously the food is not good lately. We have eaten there 2 time in 2 weeks each time very disappointed in food each meal was different. We also got large tub if coleslaw for Easter that did not taste like it should in the family’s opinion.

One of the things I ordered was a large side of fries, and when I got them they were old, stale, and cold. Don’t tell me the kitchen didn’t know those fries were past their time. It’s just employees that are lazy and don’t care and its bad service. Everything else was fine but I talked to an employee who got the manager and he got me some new fries and refilled mine and my friends drinks and upgraded our drinks from med to LG. He was very sorry about it and handled it very nicely. I’m pretty sure someone in the kitchen was just being lazy and the manager had no idea about it.
