We were there Friday night 8/25/2023 first time in a long time the place was spotless busy lobby but clean the gentleman that took or order was very helpful very polite. And something else unlike ever befor time we got our drinks and sat down the gentleman was there with our food and had extra napkins silverware our dipping sauce has everything we asked for and more and had hand wipes something we never got before was very convenient after eating KFC chicken. The food was hot our order was correct and was very tasty. Before we left I had to use the restroom and for the first time in a very long time the rest rooms were spotless as the whole place was. But what stood out the most was the gentleman that was working the front counter he was going above and beyond to make sure the other customers were and our selves had everything they needed and was very polite and helpful. And one last thing and a first for us again was he made a point to come out to the lobby when he had helped everyone to walk around as he wiped tables and cleaned to ask everyone that was eating there if everything was ok and if there was anything we might need just ask. I think we will be going to KFC more often now more so if that same gentleman is working the front counter.

Went thru the drive thru at this location – ordered a 3 piece dark meat meal and a 3 piece white meat meal – wanted two sides – was told that their combo’s come with one side and a small drink… apparently its too difficult just to add an additional side to a combo… got back to our hotel and received two dark meat combo’s. Expensive – $27 for chicken that was really greasy and then the order was wrong. Disappointing but seems most KFC have gone downhill and this was no exception

The team has really stepped up their service over the past several months. After the remodel, KFC is hitting their stride. The dining room was recently opened, too. Susan, in particular, is excellent in her treatment of customers. She always has a kind word to share. Keep up the good work!

I love this KFC location so much. 4 years ago my dog swallowed 2 pounds of chocolate that was supposed to be used to make cupcakes for my nieces birthday party. My poor baby went absolutely ballistic on the chocolate. He ravenged the chocolate. Absolute carnage as he tore into each bag and ate another piece. My husband and I were sure he would be dead within the next 24 hours. We rushed him to the vet where they said unfortunately there was nothing they could do. In an effort to let his final hours be peaceful, we took him to this KFC. He loved chicken sandwich and the 4 chocolate chip cookies. We got him the 12 piece fried chicken too and he ate it up. We took him home and let him sleep in our bed for the night. The next morning, Miraculously, he lived! The vet told us that the KFC was enough to offset the chocolate and now he’s a healthy boy. What a wonderful experience we had. We will definitely be bringing him back.

Ordered a 16 piece with the 4 large sides. Got home, and the Cole slaw was only a 1/4 of the way full, mac and cheese was a 1/2 of the way full. We heard them saying that’s all we have until tomorrow, so use it sparingly…didn’t realize what they were talking about..what a waste of money how are we supposed to feed the family when we received only half of the food that is supposed to come with our order ?!? If they were running short on food they should of just sold out of the item instead of making everyone pay full price for 1/2 the food.

These people deserve a raise! This location is CONSTANTLY busy, line stays out to the street. And these people are only getting paid $13/$14 an hour. This business needs to step it up and pay their people better. I haven’t encountered better “fast food” service since before COVID hit. Hopefully the right people see this and do something for their employees!
