I visited the KFC in Adrian twice this past week after not going for a couple of years, and I’m really glad I gave it another try. On my first visit, I was greeted by Lori, and on my second visit by Alyssa. Both greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in.
The customer service was excellent. Lori brought my food right to the table and checked in later to make sure everything was good. She was friendly with everyone dining in, which made the experience even better. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, just like you’d hope for when stopping in for lunch.
The dining room was very clean and looks like it’s been recently updated. The bathrooms were clean too, which is always nice to see. Overall, great service, great food, and a great atmosphere. Also love the combo prices. Lots of great options! Keep up the great work, KFC Adrian. Definitely recognize Lori and Alyssa for their great work! They deserve it.

Me and my boyfriend pulled into the drive through at about 7:40, 20 minutes before closing which isn’t awful. We waited at least 5 minutes in an empty drive through and after ordering pulled up to the window like normal but for 2 containers of Mac and cheese it took at least 10 minutes of sitting there because the girl at the window was on her phone. our food sat on the counter while she walked around the window area playing on her phone and vaping. I love this KFC but im pretty reluctant to go back with the attitude of this closing staff.

Picked up food 12/23/25 at 4:22pm. The food came out fast and the employees were so nice and friendly even though they were busy. Great job to this KFC and I hope that their hard work and great attitude is recognized.

Did not listen when ordering, messed up order then was rude when I went back and told me to get over it, mistakes happen. Did not offer apology. Won’t return. Like Lee’s better, theyre nicer!

When you call to let them know that they forgot to put your dessert in the bag for a pickup MOBILE ORDER (which should be the easiest thing ever), they are RUDE, NASTY and they literally DON’T CARE. My first job was in fast food, and now I’m a medical professional with 17 years of experience… I don’t care WHAT you do for a living, at least take some PRIDE IN IT. If you’re that miserable, perhaps you should find a different job. 0 STARS.

I visited this location again today.
Pros: Food is always hot, and if there’s a mistake they’ll fix it. You can skip the drive thru line and use the app to order.
Cons: Severely understaffed, the lobby is closed for dining and the drive thru line is long and almost always backed up onto South Main St. So be patient or use the app to order ahead, then skip the line and pull into the South parking lot and call for your curbside order to be brought out.
These employees seem happy, but understaffed means overworked. They need a proper raise.
Remember, they’re employees and not the owners so be patient and kind. It helps to know what you’re ordering ahead of time if you’re in a rush.

I let them know that I was using a coupon and they made me wait all way through the drive through line just to be told at the window that this is a franchise location that doesn’t honor promotions.

When you get the 3 piece tenders, the pieces are so small. Nothing like KFC used to be. It is so cold in there if you want to eat in.
