Went through drive through with our 4 kids. Ordered mac and cheese for each of them. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive through line we pulled up to the window to be told “I’m sorry, we are out of mac and cheese, but what other kind of soup would you like?”

Mac and cheese isn’t soup but more importantly, if you know you are out of a product (or close to running out) that is a majority of a customers order, the time to tell them would be when they are ordering…not after they have waited in line 15 minutes. Do not recommend

Use to love coming here. Food was reasonably priced and the portions were always enough to have seconds. Now service is slow, occasionally rude and the portions seemed to have been drastically scaled down. Drinks are 99% ice and the sandwhich sizes seem look to be half. The skinny use to have its own bun it was narrower but the same length the original use to be the full size of it. Now it it appears the original sizing is the old skinny loaf and the new skinny is it just cut in half. It is ridiculous to charge higher for food but then proceed to shrink the sizes too. $30+ bucks for 2 is almost guaranteed here. With almost every restaurant doing a hot sandwich for the same quality, larger portions, and cheaper price point I would recommend eating just about anywhere else until the portions and the cost meet in the middle somewhere.

Not very impressed. The bread was good but there was hardly any meat on the chicken cheddar sub. Both of us thought the chicken wasn’t that good either. He liked Philly cheese steak one and there was a good amount of meat on that. Both of us agreed the lettuce was not good. It was super cold and almost frostbitten, which was nasty to run into especially since these are toasted subs. Broccoli cheddar soup was ok, but honestly it looked and tasted just like Subway’s.

Dined in today for the first time with my mom for lunch. It was delicious! The staff were all friendly and helpful throughout the ordering processes! The sandwiches were fresh and delicious!

I got the limited time Gyro. It cost over $13 for the “big” version. That’s JUST the sandwich not including cookie or a drink . It didn’t have hardly any onion on it what so ever and the sauce didn’t have flavor. Pretty much taste like peppered meat on a sub bun. Definitely not worth the price at all. Waste of money.

Just yesterday my employer treated myself as well as my fellow associates and managers to a spread from Potbelly. This was in fact my very first experience with this brand. I am beyond grateful to my employer for giving us the opportunity to experience Potbelly at no cost to their employees. All the food in its entirety was amazing. I am now looking forward with great anticipation to visiting a Potbelly location for myself soon.

Order a wreck got back to work, started eating sandwich that was over toasted, and it was tasteless. Opened it up and it had no meat in it. To late to go back now.

Potbelly’s slapped today! For someone who is feeling under the weather for the better part of a week, I needed something warm and comforting. The cheddar and broccoli soup, no matter the place, has always been a staple in my life, and this hit home. Potbelly’s soup will make you scrape for the last spoon full.

The sandwiches are awesome, too. Check it out if you haven’t. Enjoy! Happy Eating

We usually try to be positive about this place but every time we order here we get the wrong food. After telling them twice at the drive through intercom and a third time at the window. Sadly will not be getting food here anymore

Spent about $17 for a sandwich, chips and a drink. The “prime rib” sandwich was inedible. Every bite was filled with tough, hard, crunchy, fat. Very low quality. Definitely should have gone to 5 Guys.
