This is becoming a joke. Everytime we go here we either get pieces of chicken that are terrible looking, get 4 wings in an 8 PC or today got an 8 PC meal with 7 PCs of chicken for $30 fricken dollars! Terrible service. Love 20 mins away and they would not give me any credit. Told me to bring it back or too bad!! Nice response. Clare KFC SUCKS. WILL NOT EAT THERE AGAIN.

I have to drive 20 miles one way to get KFC in. Clare mi. My last two trips we’re awfull. Last time placed my order told to pull to frist window the young man stated my price of purchase, I handed the money to him. And he thought it to be funny and say my order would be ready in two weeks. he did hand my money back to me told me to pull forward I almost kept on driving. Today all the lights were out thought they were closing but had a line. I ordered a three piece meal normally comes with meat potatoes and Cole slaw and biscuit. They said I had to get a soda told them I did not need one. But said meal had to clude a drink. My order was over 10 $ was ok but when I got home no Cole slaw. Not a Happy person. Oh ya the chicken skin so dried out could not eat it.

The worst KFC I’ve ever been to which is painful to say because I am local Multiple times they messed up my order this last time I paid extra to upgrade thighs to breast and they gave me a 8 piece with all thighs When I called they were to replace it next day with a chocolate cake however the apparent manager said she is the boss and they are not to do that They did replace the order without a cake as said also was very hostile about the situation like I did something wrong When we actually ate the breast they were hardly edible Lost customer here after several disappointing orders

Bought a 12pc bucket meal with 3 sides and two large popcorn chicken. Get home and start eating a leg than ate a breast and took a bite and there was a long brown hair cooked into it. Called to let them know that they should wear hairnets. She said she could write my name down and I could pick up a leg and breast and she would throw in a desert. What about the other 10pcs of chicken we got that we couldn’t eat??
