Placed my order. Pull up to window lots of workers. Should of known it wasn’t gonna end well when one worker had a baby in her arms and everyone was just messing around back there. Handed me my drink told me to pull up. No problem. 10 minutes go by nothing and I noticed everyone that ordered after me are getting their food. Finally a guy comes out and asked what I ordered. They lost my order. So I told him. Another 5 minutes goes by and I get cold fries, hard biscuits and chicken nuggets that didn’t look like chicken.

I don’t know how the food tasted because I didn’t get served! I went there this past Saturday night July 8 at 4:55 pm and as soon as I walked in the manager said I’m sorry we are closed I’m on my way to lock the door right now. No explanation why. As she was escorting me out, 3 other customers were pulling up. They were told sorry we are closed and she locked the door. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, two cars went to the drive thru. They drove off. That’s 6 customers you lost in a matter of minutes! I wonder how much money you lost that night? Why in the world are you closing before 5 pm on a Saturday night?!?! That was my first visit there and I promise you I will never go back! I stopped at Popeyes on my way home. It was delicious as always! They never disappoint me!

Absolutely terrible drive thru experience. Person taking my order sounded completely bored. When I got to the window, she had no personality or customer service skills at all. I got the 3 piece tenders and they were so dry. KFC just ain’t what it used to be.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They all had bad attitudes and when I got in there to pick up my online order it wasn’t ready even tho it said after making the order it would be ready by 7:09 pm, I didn’t get it until 7:45. There were 3 other customers who had ordered waited 30 minutes for their food after ordering. Also they were out of 3 or 4 items on their menu. On top of all that biscuits were burning they laughed about it and one employee took them out and put them in the warmer even tho they were slightly burnt. The famous bowls I got were only half of the bowels instead of being full like their supposed to be.

The food is disgusting, the chicken was served cold like it was grabbed out of a cooler. The Mac and cheese seemed reheated like it was old. The service was horrible, equivalent to a garbage can overflowing and smelling up a room. The atmosphere of the restaurant seems clean to the eye but a closer inspection will reveal a greasy grimy mildew on all tables. NASTY. This place is equivalent to wearing wet blue jeans, it doesn’t feel right.

Ordered the Chicken+Nuggets Family Meal online. Get to store, recieve bags of food. Check the bags in the car, i’m missing sauce that I paid extra for online. Worker tells me they’re out of said sauce. So instead of asking me if I would like a substitute they just don’t say anything at all. Make sure you check your order before leaving. The chicken tasted/looked old, and the nuggets had a nasty taste to some of them.

I went to the drive thru and was the only car in line. I was told they could not take orders for another 15 minutes until they were caught up. I parked, walked in to wait and within 10 minutes cashier took my order. I waited another 20 minutes just for 2 chicken sandwiches. This KFC is very unorganized.

Went to get food apparently they had no white meat or mashed potatoes went back another time and they wouldn’t substitute mashed potatoes for coleslaw cuz I told them my family don’t eat coleslaw and they wouldn’t do it company policies I guess well the company needs to change their policies why waste food
