They seem to be getting worse each ti.e I stop in. I usually go inside to make sure my order is correct. Was in a hurry and used the drive thru (my mistake). Glanced in bag did guick check. Had my nuggets and chiken. Got home saw that it was not dark meat as requested and missing 1 nugget and no honey mustard. Called. Manager rude. Kept telling me to bring back to exchange. Advised I was ho.e and not coming back out. He finally ageed to replace on my next visit. ( we shall see..he didnt ask for my name I had to tell him to take it). The chicken I got tasted old and nuggets were over done.

Stay away from this location altogether. Just received a full side dish of gravy with no mashed potatoes. I think they mean well at this location but because of where it’s situated. It may appear to be a lost cause. Each time I’ve passed through seems something is off.

Always close when I arrive. It took approximately 25 min to complete my order. Another occasion I ordered at the window I order bucket meal they made me pull around. I was the only one in line. I beginning to think do anyone else work there. She said the cook wasn’t there.smh. CLOSED THEM DOWN!!!!

No employees were inside — about 7:10 pm. At the main counter, we asked 3x if anyone was there. No answer. Nobody that we could see. So we left. On our way out, we saw 3 employees outside, in the back, talking to each other. They saw us leave but said nothing to us. Not going back to that KFC. We love KFC too.

Place has really gone downhill. My chicken was so old! Like an old rubber tire, I couldn’t eat it. Asked for some honey and butter for my biscuit and was told he might have to charge a bit extra for that. All I got was a couple honey packs. No butter. And the mashed taters n gravy was ok but not very worm. My drink tasted weird. Idk if I’ll ever go back.
