I ordered uber Eats from there. I received the wrong order and uber eats just refunded me the money. When I opened the food I could see the bad quality. Chicharrones were just fully of fat and tostones not fully cooked inside. Food is overpriced. I called the restaurant to see if they have my order to give it a try and to ask if they have delivery. The lady confirm she had my order and first she said it would be $5 dollars to delivery, then I gave the hotel address (13 min from restaurant) and she said it would be $10 instead. I agreed. But then delivery took forever so I called back to cancel. She got angry and start with lies saying driver was on the way, that she is doing me a favor because my uber eats order was to pickup and not deliver (when I’m the one with the evidence of my delivery order), and more excuses. So from a person that order food in uber eats very frequently that was a total Scam for me.

whenever i come in here the employees seem to be in a bad mood and help other customers first even if i have already been waiting for 10 minutes. they have gotten frustrated and yelled at me before for not speaking spanish so i will not be coming back. i was hoping it was maybe just one employee that was maybe having a bad day, but it’s happened just about every time i have been here so my biggest critiques are despite the food being good, they don’t like if you can only speak English and the service is very slow

Ughhh the mofongo is one of the BEST I’ve ever had !! I tried the regular plátano type with 3 types of meat in it and it was amazing! I then tried the yuca one with the 3 meats and I fell in love !! I drive from Boston with my family because it’s well worth it. Did I mention the cook adds cheese to the mofongo ?? I didn’t know I needed that in my life until I tried it. I’ve tried the churrasco, carne frita, chicken tenders & the pinchos. REALLY GOOD FOOD & huge portions so you can take it home if you can’t finish it, all cooked to order. Happy camper here

Some of the best mofongo in Lawrence. They make a yuca mofongo with different meats (called mixto) & they add cheese to it. The only thing is that you MUST LOVE GARLIC!! As they are heavy on the garlic flavor. If you do, it’s very very tasty. The severs are super slow so pack your patience if you’re dining in. Repeat customer here. (Also Tripolis is across the street, do yourself a favor and take some pizza home. Square slices, sweet sauce and a staple for decades)

I ordered at 6 pm and got my order at 10:55 pm. And if that wasnt enough I got the wrong order I ordered fries and got plaintains and as if that wasent enough it took them multiple hours (6) to bring me my food via delivery. And i had to call every 30 minutes to tell them the exact same thing everytime just for them to forget.

Plz don’t go here dead flys on bar table by windows 50 min wait for quesadillas. I knew I should of went to Tripoli pizza across the st 6 guys behind grill and there just shooting there gums to each other wow first and last and then they didn’t know how to refund my card back they think they can run a restaurant in the U S the same way they run it in the Dominican Republic absolutely not I’m making a call to the department of health this place is not following state guidelines and regulations for a serve safe restaurant cooks were counting money out the register and going back to cooking that’s wen I cancelled my order then they said oooo it’s done it’s done wen I told her about the fly on table dead she didn’t even care like if it was the normal day to day basis around there
