Mary your Manager was amazing yesterday. I got someone else’s meal a few days prior. As soon as I got home and looked I saw this was not my food. I called and the other manager said she wrote my name down and to come back in for what I really ordered. Well as soon as I got there yesterday they said that this is not protocol and that I was supposed to call a one 800 number to get my money back instead of coming back in to get the food like the other manager said. Mary was very polite and said you know what I’m gonna go ahead and give you your food so just make sure that you call the 1800 number next time. The food was perfect this time. Thanks to Mary.

We actually visited here a few weeks ago and the customer service was VERY exceptional. The manager on shift was very honest about having limited help and being able to complete an order would take some time but if we were willing to wait it would be nice and fresh (we had a big order). We waited and our order came out very fresh, all items were correct, and they were able to work through their rush as a team with extremely limited help during a dinner hour. I didn’t grab the woman’s name but hopefully someone sees this. She was working a afternoon/evening shift. She definitely deserves some appreciation from her store.

The food was as expected with nothing that really stood out. We ordered through the drivethru and was directed to go park. It would’ve been helpful if the parking spots were marked and specifics were given. After some time had passed, one of us had to go inside to get our food. Either they forgot about us, or the food took way longer than expected.

This is possibly the worst kfc in the country, definitely the most pathetic excuse I’ve been to. Most often they’re “out of chicken”, if they feel like making more it’s usually only before 6pm. They say the standard order time is 45 minutes but usually it’s closer to a hour according to those that actually still wait. Do not use the drive through, you will ruin your wheels in the process of being told they’re out of chicken.

Had to wait 20-25 min for my food in drive thru, asked assistant manager, Thomas what was up and he said 4 ppl had just walked out on him line inside and drive thru was lining up after me. I was sent on a mission to find mashed potatoes & gravy by my wife who has been hospitalized for over two months & my 1st thought was KFC! The staff at the Bee Ridge Road store was eager & willing to help with friendly service, I walked away with not only mashed potato order, but a chicken tenders dinner that was delicious.
