Worst place I have visited! Foul mouth general manager and filthy restaurant. Went to have buffet and asked for my money back. My husband ate and said it was awful. Took pictures of restaurants condition and filth. I’d place the pictures here but there’s no attachment tab to allow. Called the 800 number two weeks ago and received absolutely no follow up. I guess next step is to call parent company PepsiCo and inform them how their names being run into the ground. Maybe they’ll listen. Disgusting I have seen cleaner slop pins on a hog farm.

Worsts kfc I’ve been too . First let me start by saying I did talk to manager my next order was free first order chicken was burnt just bones . Second order was a make up order they argued with me saying the whole order couldn’t be bad after telling them I’ll show them pictures they said ok closed window got my replacement order they gave me scrap chicken and a bucket of Grease . We went here just for the buffet ……we ordered before we even looked at it worst mistake ever !!!!! It was missing almost everything and what was there was cold the only good thing off of the buffet was the mashed potatoes and coleslaw there was never any biscuits on the buffet or brought out when I asked if they would be refilling it they said yes well that just consisted of bringing out five more pieces of chicken nothing else was refilled …… very disappointed I won’t be returning especially with the amount of money we spent 4 adults and 1 child

The food was great, order was put together exactly as I asked. I want to especially distinguish cashier Blayne who provided a superb customer service despite it being her second shift that day (mentioned during small talk I had with her). She is the friendliest, warmest and most polite cashier I’ve ever met. I will most definitely come back to this particular KFC not only because the food was good, but also because the staff is so professional and welcoming. I don’t write reviews very often, but was absolutely impressed today. Definitely a huge difference compared to most other places.

I only gave it 2 stars because the lady that waited on us was very nice. We were first told that they were out of flour to fry the chicken for the sandwiches and then we asked for fries. They were out of them too. This is the fault of management. In their effort to save a few bucks, they don’t order enough product for the day. The result is you lose customers. As far as I see you have 2 strikes out of 3. One more strike and we will take our business elsewhere. Two bad too, because we like your chicken. We are new to the area and first time customers to that store.

We ordered. The person told us to “hold on” and we waited for about 5 minutes until someone else hopped on and took our order. Got to the window, he didn’t tell us our total and just swiped the card. Ended up paying the person behind us. Which was double our purchase. Thankful for the manager who dealed and refunded that amount. But our food was cold and fries were stale.

The girls running the drive through were really sweet and incredibly helpful. As soon as they were told what was wrong they fixed it. However, the Older black lady sitting inside by the door, behind the buffet table Was rude and short when I tried to explain what was wrong and told one of the girls to bring me another bowl (I asked for no cheese and it had cheese) ,which she did. The lady sitting inside, who I assume is the one that answered the phone when I called back as well, offered the worst Customer service I have ever experienced. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

Went to get a 20$ meal and got home with it, the chicken was old, dry and hard and cold like it had been sitting all day. My brother said they went the day before and the chicken in the buffet was standing in grease. If I had heard about that, would not have gone there. It was not a good experience!!! I would not recommend this location as they obviously don’t look at the cold dry meat before they serve it. I really didn’t want to give one star.
