I should have read reviews before visiting here. I wanted 20 minutes for my food. I had to pull in the parking space. Didn’t and any condiments, napkins, or folk in my bag. Order wasn’t correct either. Where is the management? I will not be returning.

Woke for Days
The drive through is very slow except to sit at drive through at least 30 to hour wait time the food is never what you ordered. I was sitting in drive through and I seen a kfc worker take out a big bag of chicken in trash bag he put it in back seat of his car in broad daylight the place is ghetto the bathroom is nasty I used bathroom and there was blood on commode and floor. This establishment does not carry good quality of representation.

I asked for a refund after being charged far an order I had to pull up and wait for. The inside was filthy and staff rude and nasty! I continue to ask for a refund and was told no because I didn’t have a reason for wanting a refund! I then point out the filth and critters and they close the window. Did not give me my money. I had to call cc company because the people are flat out stealing money from customers!

The staff is cheating the owner out of money by manipulating the car monitor system in drive thru. The employee working drive thru makes the car park at the first red pole until food is ready then signal the car to continue to the window, pay, pickup food and quickly leave. The employee stops the next car at the red pole until their food is ready for pick up. So it appears cars are getting to the window immediately getting their food and driving away. Cars waiting long wait times eventually leaving causing loss revenue for Owner. Employees manipulating the system but making the Owner think they are delivering quick efficient service. So sorry the Owner is being SCREWED!

Well. I went through the drive through. I ordered a 4 piece with Macaroni n cheese. The chicken tasted like the grease had not been changed in a week. Could not eat it. Mac n cheese tasted horrible.

I only gave a star bc you can’t leave it at 0! This place seems like it’s never going to clean up anything. The dining room was disgusting, there tables looked like they have not been cleaned off in a week. The floor had food and trash all over. The drink station had trash all beside it. The staff is still as rude as always. Not one smile or “how can I help you?”, I don’t see how this place is still open for business. I’ve worked in fast food restaurants that stayed busier than here and the dining room was never nasty. Two people in drive thru ordering and one other than us ordering inside. NO ONE cleaning the dining room, just standing around or playing with their phone. When asked for a water cup, cashier was snappy and quick to roll her eyes. Just goes to show that there’s no team effort, it any effort, to make this a better place.

Order K6 got this, no spoon I guess they expected me to eat my mashed potatoes with my hands, and check your chicken several of my pieces still had feathers on them, very disappointed. Mar. 22:Have done better here lately, although I went to the drive-thru, despite big signs in the windows saying drive-thru open, it was not I had to go inside to order. Apr. 13 no straw, napkins, or utensils, biscuit hard as a rock. Ask for original got Crunchy why do I bother keep coming back to this place. Sep. 2022 the second photo is how I got my meal, no napkins, no straw and no utensils. And apparently no one from this store is worried about their business because I usually get a response from a bad review. Nothing from this owner. Either they’re not paying attention or they don’t care.

I’ve lived in Lovejoy since 2017 and everytime I come to this particular KFC it’s always the same response I don’t know why I bother to come here, I don’t like fast food I buy here because my daughter and her grandmother like their original wings. I bought food on 03/18/2023, I went to the drive thru first because not much cars was in line, while placing my order at the intercom I was told to go inside which I found odd because there was only 2 cars infront of me. I proceeded inside and asked cashier what was the difference with me ordering inside than outside, she said no difference kool… placed my order total was $47.07 was told that the wait time was 20 minutes… waited for 30 minutes then proceeded to counter to inquire about my order no one acknowledged me, mind you the person that was taking the orders from drive thru was speaking with a coworker and cashier was standing right by register. I then asked to speak to a manager, the person that was taking the order was the “manager” who would have thought? Base on the lack of customer service. At this point my chicken was still not ready I demanded a refund only to be told I can’t get a refund like really so give me my chicken. Still can’t get my chicken. I had to call 911 by this time it was 7:51pm I placed my order at 6:53pm. When the police came a worker even started to argue with the police when they were speaking to the manager, so call manager told the police chicken was not thawed out… but told me chicken would take 20mins had someone told me that, I would have went somewhere else. The workers are all young disrespectful, lack of customer service, no morals and very nonchalant. The young men in there had their pants below their buttocks, the employees were playing, speaking on their phones and walking around. But then you had the nerve to asked me when d police came if I still wanted the chicken, why would I want to buy from here again? Y’all was lacking from before but this was my last straw. And I still didn’t get my money back. KFC NEED TO DO BETTER!!!
