I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location on Christmas Eve.
I placed a large order through the drive-through for my workplace and was told to pull forward because the food was not ready. After waiting in my car for approximately 30 minutes, I realized I had not been given a receipt, so I went inside the restaurant to address the issue.
Once inside, I experienced extremely poor customer service. I waited an additional 30 minutes with little to no acknowledgment from staff. When I asked for a manager, I was told there was no manager available. An older ethnic African-American woman who was the supervisor on shift, refused to give me her name, refuse to assist the situation and refuse to acknowledge their mistake. I then requested a copy of my receipt for the order I had just paid for, but staff stated they did not know how to reprint receipts and were unable to assist.
By this point, I had been at the restaurant for over an hour. The food was overly cooked, and I left without proof of purchase, which was especially concerning since the payment was made using a company card.
I contacted corporate on two separate occasions regarding this experience and have not received a response. Due to the lack of customer service, organization, and accountability, I will not be returning to this location.

Don’t go tho this shop … Poor service… Two times I faced the same… False hope… We order something, they deliver something… In their website time is up to 12 AM.. But they will stop cooking 11 PM itself… I don’t know why they say shop opens until 12 AM.. There is no option for Negative Stars ⭐️. If it is so I will give -5 stars …

On Wednesday evening I had the worst experience with a KFC ever in my life. I waited in line for over 20 minutes and witnessed multiple customers leave the drive thru. Paid for my order and asked for a receipt and did not receive my receipt. I was told to pull to the nearest entrance where I waited for another 10 to 15 minutes for my paid order. Took my order home to feed my family until I realized the biscuits the KFC employees served me were still dough! I checked the chicken and pulled the skin back and there was uncooked flour still under the skin. The chicken was full of grease and flour was at the bottom of the bucket of chicken. I immediately called the restaurant location about my issues and was told I could receive a refund. I drove back to the restaurant and the employees all stood and looked at me as if I was wrong about receiving an undercooked meal that I had received. A young lady at the register pointed to a sign saying no refunds! I called corporate to make a complaint and will await their response. End of the story I had high regards for KFC being as a high school student I worked for the restaurant! My manager always made sure we provided a quality and respectful service to customers. Serving undercooked food to customers is not the way you build quality customer service. I would not recommend any one go to this location. I normally do not do reviews but this was the most horrible experience at a KFC I have ever experienced in my life! P.S in order for my family to eat the purchased meal I had to put it in my oven at home and recook it!

I went there this evening around 5ish and was told it would be a 8-10 min wait on chicken i say okay and pull forward. Almost 25 mins go by and i realize there are over 6 cars waiting for food as well. Finally go inside to get the food go home and eat. I finished eating around 6ish almost 7. It is now 11pm | am writing this to say i just PROJECTILE vommitted everywhere. Thanks for the food poisoning:)

So I was told to park in front of the store once I pay for my food because my order wasn’t ready there are seven other cars out here at 9:30 at night, which is dangerous if I would have known my food was going to take over 10 minutes to bring out or if I would’ve known it wasn’t ready I would have canceled my order and went somewhere else. This is very unsafe for a woman to be standing outside in a parking lot waiting on food! To wait over 10 minutes almost 15 minutes and to check my food when I get home and it’s burnt I will never come here again

I don’t want to compare the food with Middle East countries, you get much better food value and quality and on top of that verities that you get there. if you talk about the origin KFC, it’s from USA and i don’t think they’re serving what it should be. Anyways enjoy the food.

As it can be seen on the receipt, I ordered the big box, I got someone else’s food. This was a waste of time being that they got the order wrong to begin with and gave us the wrong food. Exchanged it for what was supposed to be the right food but it wasn’t ! I ordered mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. I got 3 pieces of refried chicken and cold fries. This is horrible. Ruined my whole experience. Thanks KFC! Not once but TWICE. Ridiculous.

I ordered the 12 piece hot wings they were old, hard and I scratched my gum biting them. It was very disappointing because I gave them another chance and they disappointed me once again. I think they need to hire people that really care about their job or close it down. I can go another year without stopping at the KFC/Taco Bell in Lovejoy. I wish I could give 0 because that’s what it was.

Mobile order was put in and to be ready 4:50pm on 9/23. I walked in to pick up at 4:53pm. Employees were doing absolutely nothing. One person was making orders, 5 other employees standing around laughing and carrying on with each other. Other customers came in inquiring about their orders or needing to take an order, and no one seemed to know what was going on or what order was being prepared. A customer expressed their disappointment and asked for a manager, a young lady who was busy having a personal conversation behind the register with a friend over the counter, looks up and says that this is not her job description and continues to talk with the gentleman. Not only did I walk out 25 minutes after the order was to be picked up, when I check it, the fries were cold and underdone, the cole sale tasted odd, and The chicken was dry and over done. Smh never again to this location and based on numerous other reviews, the owner seriously needs to reevaluate their store. I wish I could give it a 0.
