We ordered 2 bowls, 2 sides of gravy & 2 biscuits. It was $30. Wrong! And they didn’t give me a receipt, so I could not prove it. When we got home and realized we were only given 2 bowls, I noticed I had no receipt either. I tried to call but they were closed or just didn’t answer! We got screwed & was still hungry.

Ordered takeout for 3 adults. Got home and none of the orders were correct. To add insult to injury, Instead of biscuits we had rolls. The slaw was delicious. But that was the only pleasant part of the meal. Adding KFC to the list of places I no long go to.

I ordered through the app. Then realized I had mistakenly ordered fries and Pepsi instead of Cole slaw and Dr Pepper with the combo. I tried chatting through the app but couldn’t correct it. When I got inside the store, they were busy with drive thru. After a minute, the manager Jon came over and I explained my problem. He took care of my order quickly with the corrections for what I wanted. I appreciated his help.

Horrible franchise. I wouldn’t recommend this location if it was the last restaurant open on the east coast. First time they served some burnt chicken that looked like it had been fried in used oil and the service wasn’t the best. Contacted the corporate office and they said they would send me a voucher to replace the meal. Months went by and hadn’t heard anything. Called a few days ago and found out that they “forgot” to send the voucher. They asked for a receipt that had been discarded over 2 month time period and I explained I didn’t have it. The general manager said I would have to go to the restaurant and give my name to the manager Darrius for them to replace the entire family meal. Cool (so I thought). I get to the restaurant today to redeem my voucher for the meal replacement and they had an attitude and told me to pull up. Nice young guy brought out a bucket of chicken and I asked him where were the sides and biscuits that came with the meal. He said the people in the store told him to just give me the chicken. I told him the general manager said they’d replace the entire MEAL and not just the chicken. He said he would go in and get the items, but then a few minutes later this big guy came out and said they won’t do the sides, only the chicken. I told him that’s not what the corporate office said they would honor and I have a family at home that been working hard all day and waiting on a MEAL and not just chicken. I told him to keep the chicken and I’d just call the corporate office. When I called the corporate office, the lady confirmed where it was supposed to be a meal replacement, but said that they can just send a voucher for $30. The entire damn 16 piece family meal with 4 large sides cost $45! I asked if they can make it right at another location and they said no and that I would have to either go back to that location AGAIN or take the $30 voucher which doesn’t even cover the cost of the meal. Talking about horrible customer service! I told her that was unacceptable as I would be left with a remaining balance. She said that she would have her manager call me back, but I have yet to hear anything back from anyone and this is beyond frustrating considering the fact that I had to drive out of my way 35+ miles to go to different KFC and pay out of pocket for a family meal. I as a whole wouldn’t recommend this KFC to ANYONE for ANYTHING in the world. They should have been closed down this independent KFC store because their customer service sucks as well as their horrible food quality!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. The people at this location treat you like you asking food for free. I came here last week and had to just drive away because the lady was so rude on the drive thru. Today my kids wanted to stop here. They had me waiting for 5 min at the drive thru without any greeting and when I said hello, he said just give us a second…. Not excuse me we will be with you in just a moment or sorry for the wait or a Simple hi just give us a moment please. When I got to the window I wanted to add to 2 small drinks for my kids and the lady said nop we can add items at the window, I ask her to please the kids were thirsty and that no one was behind me she still refused to do it then tells me to pull forward that it will be 6 min for the biscuits. We waited 12 min I asked the kid for the manager name and he said I don’t know of I can give that information and ran inside ( how are you training your employees?) on our way home we noticed that they did not put the 12 chicken nugget is box and we didn’t have any napkins, hot sauce like I asked for and utensils to eat the max and cheese. I had to drive back to the restaurant ask the lady to just give my money back she said she couldn’t do it I ask to speaks to the manager and he said ” what do you want” I felt some kind a way for his treatment I felt he was being racist. He is THE MANAGER! how he is going to approach a CUSTOMER WITH WHAT DO YOU WANT, unbelievable…. He tells it was going to be 3 min for the nuggets to be done we waited 9 min, at this point my kids and my self were not hungry anymore and definitely we were not going to consume the food from.tjis place and the employees which who knows what they could have done to our food.

Manager was truly unruly when I told him he overcharged me for a 8 peice ckn finger no side of 20.99. They were less than an inch long and cooked hard and looked like they been sitting since morning. Very discusted and will not return.

I went to the kfc drive thru today with my dogs. The staff were so friendly to me and my pups. The food was good too. Everything was nice and hot. Thanks for the great service!
