They did not care about customer service i waited 15 minutes when all screen was cleared. They was all worried about cleaning up instead of dealing with a customer. It has 2hrs left before closing and they was almost done with the kitchen. I just wanted a pot pie, sadly they gave me one with the pie crust falling off so presentation wasnt good neither. Just go to taco bell next door they may give you better service.

Our two families stopped here and purchased a 16 piece family meal, but we’re told we could only have one water cup… the girl taking our order was super confused about everything including whether or not they could actually fill a bucket of chicken order. It still hasn’t arrived yet, so I suppose that is to be determined. The Arby’s across the street didn’t have roast beef so I feel like we might have slipped into the fast food twilight zone . Hopefully they allow me to have more than one plate and napkin. Food was pretty good though

Went through the drive thru at rush hour, mind you, but shouldn’t have to wait 15 20 minutes for my order. Service was polite and sympathetic, which I’ll give a little credit. Now, getting food back home, found out the 8 piece chicken didn’t have breasts or wings. Just 4 thighs and 4 drumsticks. Was not told anything. Besides that, everything else was correct and even still hot. Good meal but missed out on some breasts. Better coordination and attention to detail and this place will be up there higher ranked.

I ordered 2 chicken Littles. Those were the nastiest chicken littles I have ever had. They had more mayonnaise than a full size sandwich. One of them the chicken was barely half of the bread and the other one the chicken was gray in color. I have attached pictures. I took one bite of both of them and threw the rest away. This was horrible.

Its Tuesday. Dinner time. DUNCAN KFC. The special is 8 tenders. The manager at this location won’t even thaw out the meat!!! Who does that? Isn’t chicken part of your name? This store is a constant disappointment! FRYER is LAZY!!!

Giving this location a 1 star is being very generous. Idk what happened to this store but they just continue sinking to the bottom. Every time I visit, my food is awful. This visit, I ordered a tender kids meal for my daughter. The tenders are lukewarm, and they gave my daughter maybe 10 fries. Her fries are crunchy, and she won’t eat them. I had a wings combo. My drink is a sweet tea and it’s sour. Wedges are crunchy, everything came out from under the heating lamps. Must have been there all day. Wings are terrible as well. At this point, why not just shut this location down? All they do is give lukewarm food, and then mess up your order. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves! The whole crew seems incompetent and needs training. Now I’m having to cook for my daughter after paying almost $20 for our food. Smart thinking not to give me a receipt cause I most certainly would bring it back for a refund. I’ll do one better and never come here again. I hope y’all get shutdown.

The management and staff definitely wasn’t there or made anybody comfortable. I recommend not coming back and also the food was cold I’m even going to throw that in there the head manager had a durag on and a star sticker on his face and made me get my condiments definitely would not be back

This is the absolute worst KFC I have ever been to. The night staff is awful and the chicken doesn’t taste like KFC! Tonight’s meal cost me $32 and was horrible! I went by another night this week and needed a 16 pc family meal, I was told they didn’t have that much chicken and it was only 7:30 at night! I asked how long it would take to cook more, I was willing to wait, but was very rudely told they just didn’t have that much chicken. The best they could do, they said, was 8 pieces. I have had other bad experiences with the KFC in the past and I have decided I will not be returning ever. I live in Duncan and this restaurant is very convenient for me but I will pass in the future. The restaurant needs a complete overhaul of staff and management OR they need to close!!

I usually eat here once every other week. I would eat there more because I do enjoy KFC But this specific KFC the food is not good the service is horrible either they give me the wrong food or they forget something the service is horrible I’ve actually had a worker give me something completely different and I went back in to get what I ordered and I told him that they gave me something else and they said well I thought you wanted what they had gave me instead and I just shook my head and I had to wait 10 minutes for the little mashed potato poppers which was okay cuz at least I know they was fresh I was in disbelief because you give me something because you thought I wanted it and I didn’t never say I wanted no strawberry cream cheese puffs and I went there yesterday after I ordered off the app which confuses me even more because if you order off the app how do you get it wrong because all you got to do is read the order .
I guess they cannot read. Guaranteed they’re going to forget the sauce if you order a sauce and you’re not going to think about it till you get to the house which irritates you even more when you get to the house and you realize that they forgot something the sad thing is is this specific KFC is making me not like KFC more and more
One time I had to go back in because they forgot something on my order so go back in and tell damn what they forgot and they’re like sure no problem just give me a minute I’ll make you some fresh ones so I’m sitting there waiting on them to make some fresh ones I’m watching them make my food the one co-worker (which is no longer working at that restaurant) he looks at me and says you got a problem want to fight me and if I wasn’t a civilized human being I just want people to know about this KFC. SAD
