I ordered 2 sixteen piece buckets of original recipe for our 4th of July celebration. I stopped by a couple of days in advance to place the order. Kayleigh took the order and assured me it would be ready. And it was, right on time when I picked it up Tues afternoon. Hot and ready to go.

Ordered delivery and did not get what I ordered. It was not even half of my order. Manager said I could come by and get the rest of my order! I said I was sick as to why I had it delivered. She told me I had 30 days to pick up my order. I asked how can they get this order so messed up. Her response was..well they do make mistakes!! I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. Also it was the skinnier overcooked leg I had ever received. Not going back!!!

Everytime I go after 8:30 they don’t have any chicken left except for wings. MULTIPLE occasions I’ve placed a online order and when I get there they have no chicken left. I would understand 9:30-close but a whole hour and half early is a bit ridiculous. Also they will tell you when canceling your online order you will have to contact the 1800# for a refund. While I was in there tonight they were also telling people picking up orders for a delivery service app that they didn’t have any chicken left and could not fulfill the orders they are picking up for a customers. They are rushing to clean up and leave and don’t care about the customers or servicing there customers. Very poor business decisions on management.

Food was great, service was slow. This was our 2nd time using “quick pick up”. It’s faster to just go in and order. We were there at the given time and still had to wait 15 minutes and basically go through a security check. We use pick up because my dad is a brittle diabetic, so there are times when timing is EVERYTHING. The first time was slow, so we have it another try. Not going to try a third time.

I think the food here is pretty good. I had a craving for chicken livers, but when I got them, there was no breading on them. I was really looking forward to them. It seemed that the more I chewed them, the bigger they got. I really would like to go back to try the chicken livers again, but I’m a little bit leary of it. On the other hand, the chicken has always been delicious!

Food was good except they gave us old hard biscuits.. They told us it would be a 15 min wait on chicken we waited 20 minutes they tell everyone that they didnt cook breast it would be another 20 minute wait… Manger was rude about it.. Saying if anyone had a problem to call someone…
