If I could leave a zero I would. The last 4-5 times I have went to Christiansburg KFC there has been some reason I was not able to get food. Today sent me over the edge. I was going to order 8pc build your own mean. They tell me they only have two legs and two thighs. The rest of their chicken is frozen. Like what? I would have been ok with we need to cook it but know it was frozen it it takes awhile for them to thaw it. Aren’t you a chicken place? KFC. Kentucky Fried Chicken. How do you only have 4 pieces of chicken and it only be 6pm on a Sunday. Sounds like management needs to be in there doing a better job. In the options below they need to add to what did you get: nothing.

This place has ABSOLUTELY no business being open, everyone who works there needs to let go immediately. Management included, EVERY time I go here the service is god awful and so are the workers. I ordered a pick up order, the app said it was ready, when I get there, there is a bag behind the counter. A woman is doing other orders completely ignoring me until someone comes out of the bathroom and finally asks if I can be helped. She then proceeds to hand me the bag that I looking at for 10 minutes. Honestly just close this place….oh also I paid $16 for the 8 bucket for $10 with 4 biscuits. No biscuits….very awfully ran business

I don’t know why KFC has set up their system so that if you order food from them anyway, but going through the drive-through you were going to wait forever. If you order it through DoorDash multiple Dashers will go there to pick it up and just drop your order because it takes so long. I’ve had to cancel my order multiple times cause I get tired of waiting. So I thought I’ll order it on a mobile app and pick it up on my way home. That didn’t help either. I would get there and be 20 or 30 minutes waiting. Why don’t you have people designated to handle the crowd that comes inside and people who do mobile apps or DoorDash apps. It is absurd the amount of time someone has to wait if they walk through your doors. Why is that how you have your line set up. I don’t even order for lunch anymore because it’s hard to tell when it will get there. My family loves KFC, but you’re forcing me to not order it. I’m literally waiting on an order now that I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes and the DoorDash driver has been sitting at the location waiting for nearly 30 minutes. That makes absolutely no sense. You need to look at your system that you have set up because it is a fail. I ordered the same meals yesterday and we ended up just throwing in frozen pizzas and canceling the order because it took too long. We waited over an hour and it couldn’t be picked up. I’m told by drivers that you have a hard time getting drivers to pick up orders there because they know it’s gonna take so long and they’re gonna waste so much of their time sitting there. You need to do better.

For the second time, my online order was incorrect. Both times I was rushed to take the food to my 7 grandchildren staying overnight at my house. Once again, I was shorted at least 4 sides. When I called from 20 minutes away, I was first told that there was no proof of my order. Then, when I said I had my order number, I was told to pack all the food back up, take it there, and they’d refund it because theyre line manager said it was correct. Then she argued that I only ordered 2 sides. (For 7 kids?!?!)
Don’t use cburg kfc! So im short at least $20 and cooking mac and cheese.

Would not honor coupons and food was cold. Got 2 family size mashed potatoes with gravy but only gave us 1 gravy. Stood there waiting to order for 5 or 6min even after one employee yelled out guests out front. Several employees passed by us never said anything not even a hi. We will not go to this location ever again!!!!!!!

Every one in evening shift employees are worst. They don’t care people in the line beside drive through. Waited about 25 minutes no one came and asked why I am there. There were 7/8 other people front me they said no one came to ask on front. Management should fire all and hire all new if they want grow their business. KFC is the one worst employee around here.

Horribly rude service from staff as I asked before placing my order. Was told food was fresh and when I received my items they were lukewarm warm. Told front end staff and she got confrontational. Manager standing there. No reaction from management . This happened at 6:31pm today
