Had a terrible experience at this Domino’s. I received the pizza pictured when ordering an Extravaganza. I brought the pizza back because I couldn’t believe how poorly it was made. At first the employee and the manager were defensive. He said everything that was supposed to be on the pizza was on there, but I had to sit there and be firm and point out that there are usually way more toppings than that on an Extravaganza (plus it was made so poorly) (and they tried to use the excuse that they were out of mushrooms). The manager finally agreed with me and said he would make another one. I appreciate him making another one, but I’m posting this review because whenever he’s working I get a poorly made pizza. I basically groan inside whenever I see him working when I go to pick something up.

Got our order in a very timely matter but the loaded tots were burnt to a crisp, our chicken Alfredo had marinara sauce and we did not get our garlic butter that we paid for..when I called about our missing garlic butter I was offered a $5 discount.

Had gotten food there tonight, parked by an employees car, not knowing it wasn’t an parking spot. Not even there for 1 minute. Employee with American flag bandana comes to my window and aggressively bangs on my glass. Tells me that its not a parking spot and its for customers. ( I had just bought food?) Then before I could leave, honks at me….? Then I go inside and complain… and the manager apologized not the American flag bandana wearing employee….Food was good though.

I’ve ordered from 3 Domino’s locations in Sioux Falls and this location has more often gotten my order wrong than right. Not sure what the deal is but but after last nights order, I won’t be ordering from this Domino’s location again. Just a side note, delivery is NOT the issue it’s the quality of the food and accuracy of the orders received.

I ordered 2 large pizzas from the store on Shirley Ave. My order sat in the “quality check” phase for over 30 minutes and when I called they said it’s because they are short staffed, totally fine and understandable. My order arrives shortly after I call to check on the order, and one pizza is missing the “robust inspired tomato sauce” (a vital part of the pizza) I then called the shop to let them know I’d like one with tomato sauce (like I ordered) and the “manager” on duty proceeded to tell me 3 times, that my pizza does have sauce after about three minutes of back and forth with him I even offered to bring pictures. They did agree to make me a new pizza which I very much appreciate, but when I went in to talk to the Manger (and show him a physical slice of the pizza with no sauce) the manager I got to speak with said he was not the manager I talked with over the phone. Nor did he know which manager I did talk to. So I threw the slice in the trash took my pizza (with sauce this time) and left laughing in sheer amazement at the low level of service I was provided with.

If I could do negative stars, I would. My wife ordered pizza. Said it would be almost 90 minutes which I believe because it’s a Friday night and most people order food on fridays. As the time goes on, the app continues its progress towards out for delivery. Some time goes by and we check it again and it says delivered. The wife runs down and came back up the stairs empty handed. She called the number just to get not directed to the store but some call center and they tell us to wait a half hour after it says delivered. Weird right? So we wait and wait and finally 2 hours go by. So we try calling the store, I got through to someone from the store (manager maybe?) he takes down my number and address and says that driver hasn’t been back to the store, mind you, it’s been almost two and a half hours. So I told him I’ll just show up and grab my food. I get there and I talked to the driver who swears he “delivered my food”, name was gene or Dean or something? I have a ring camera which doesn’t miss a beat, and he told me he put it front of my door. But didn’t see him nor my food at my front door. No refund, no food, nothin. Just some delivery driver lying straight to my face.
