I ordered online and was so amazed I had my pizza delivered to me in 10 minutes after ordering. It is a Wednesday at 1120am but I’ve never had an order delivered to me so fast the pizza was still so hot that the cheese was all melted. I told the driver how amazed I was. Food so hot and delicious. Pics after we ate some of it while it was hot.

We ordered online and they have this feature for car side delivery. We decided to utilize this service – my first time, but my wife has used it a few times – well, before the cold set in. We used the online service and said we were there – and waited about 8 minutes. We finally went in and they said that feature doesn’t work – it doesn’t notify them. Just wanted to bring awareness as you will need to go into the store since the car side delivery no longer works. It was worth a try I suppose ♂️.

Store #2401, Saint Croix, South Dakota
I placed a Carside Delivery order because I’d just finished an 18-hour workday and wanted to stay in my work truck without having to get out. My order showed “ready,” said it was boxed, and would be brought out shortly.
Instead, I sat in my truck for 15 minutes with no one coming out. Finally I went inside, and a guy wearing a manager shirt simply handed me the box and said, “Aaron?” I said yes, grabbed the order, and that was it. No apology, no explanation.
What really confused me was seeing six employees, all in manager shirts and pinned hats, standing around while carside orders clearly weren’t being brought out. If Domino’s can’t actually offer carside service at this location, they shouldn’t list it as an option.
Very disappointed. Won’t be coming back to this store.

Delivery driver delivered to the wrong address and took a long time delivering the replacement order. Called to talk to the manager and he was very rude and unhelpful with satisfying my complaint about their drivers mistake which made me wait for over and hour and a half for my food.

Will not order from here again. They canceled my order, had to reorder. Then was hung up on. Then received raw knots and over cooked knots, if you call thm knots, they were a mess. Pizza cold and just dropped at my door without warning. Have shopped domino’s for many years. Will not order from here ever again.

This is my go to location, have never had an issue, until today.
Driver was excellent and nice, as always. Opened my pizza to this… it’s severely undercooked, the cheese wasn’t fully melted, no garlic crusty goodness, and the pizza was a hot mess. I get being understaffed, but this was a bit disappointing.

Had a delivery and it took almost 2 hrs after being told 37 minutes. Called after an hour and they were very rude to my wife and when it arrived it was room temperature at best and smelt and taste funky. Never in my life have I not been able to eat a slice of pizza but today was my day. 65 dollars in the trash. Wouldn’t even give it to someone in fear they may get sick. Might have been good when it was first made but we will never know now.
