I went into KFC, on a Sunday afternoon and asked for 32 pieces of chicken, and no problem got it with a smile and some wonderful motivated people working behind the scenes. That was a great surprise to see people really wanting to help customers again. It was so great to see. Thank you wonderful people working Sunday afternoon May 21,2023. You guys really inspired me , and Thank you for the great service..Wow the extra crispy chicken was great too!! Anyone want great food and a smile head to KFC off Emmett and 29…..

The cashier was a great communicator, very pleasant and friendly taking our order. Chicken fingers was a little over cooked or had laid under the lights for awhile. My mom’s chicken leg were good according to her. Our table needed wiping off but it appeared the nice lady was the only one working counter and floor.

Pick-up via mobile app and dine-in services was priorized over drive thur. I waited 40 minutes (as well as other customers) in the parking with no updates on my drive-thur order. I had to come into the resturant to check on my order but wasn’t seem like it was made. The cashier personally made my order. I ask the cashier what was the priority of which orders are being made. He said it did know. Meanwhile, from afar a lady working behind the counter commented “everyone has to wait”. I see mobile app orders come and go as well as dine-in customers. No hard feelings from the customers stressing out on fulfilling mobile app orders (7 min deadline). I did not comment back to the lady and lefted. If KFC had a sign.stating policy of waiting 30+ minutes for order, i would had eaten here. Poor customer service or communication. All for an mediocre chicken sandwich. The place seems like its mostly mobile app orders. Total until i got my drive-thur order was 50 minutes. Thank you KFC for making the decision for me to go to Popeyes (which is next door). What a waste of time.

The chicken was Rock Hard, Dried Out and Tasteless like it had been sitting for hours. Of course, we didn’t find this out until we were back home. Very disappointing for what was to have been a nice 4th of July weekend dinner for the family! This location leaves a lot to be desired and could definitely use some new management. I would give it zero stars if possible.

Sat in drive thru parking spot for 45 mins waiting on food. Finally went inside to see what the hold up was. There were no other customers inside. Told the cashier I either wanted my order or my $40.00 back. She got my order together and gave me my food. When I got home and opened the bucket and the sides, the chicken was way over cooked. Some pieces were almost black. The sides were only 1/3 of the way full. The only good thing were the biscuits. If didn’t live 20 miles away they would have gotten the order back. I was totally disappointed and very angry. Check your food before you leave. They need to hire some people who don’t mind doing their job.

Ordered online for delivery and it has been maybe 2 years since I had had their chicken but I was very disappointed in the taste! Whats happened to your good chicken, mac and cheese was curdled. ordered crispy but hardly any breading.

The kid running the front gets overwhelmed easily and when he does this he ends up touching his face and hair. I have never seen anyone change gloves. Wether it be the aforementioned kid or anyone taking food outside. It’s gross thinking the same hands touching your food is also touching whatever is on both sides of those door handles. Over all they are slow and it seems disorganized. Would not recommend.

Great KFC. Not sure why reviews so mixed. Drive through attendant was lovely, food was hot, juicy, tasty and fresh. I love the new spicy sandwich and of course KFC original recipe fried chicken. Yum.

Went to this restaurant 3 days in a row cause. I love some chicken from KFC the only problem I have. Is they couldn’t get my order right? And I stay a little ways away and I stopped to get food on the way to my hotel because I work all day every order I got they. Couldn’t get the stuff right in my order?
