From the moment I entered, it was evident that the restaurant was struggling to keep up with the influx of customers. Despite their best efforts, the staff appeared overwhelmed, leading to prolonged wait times at every stage of the ordering process. However, what stood out amidst the chaos was the politeness and friendliness of some of the employees.
When my order finally arrived, it was met with mixed feelings. While the flavors were still recognizable as the familiar KFC taste, there was a noticeable drop in quality. The chicken lacked its usual crispiness, and some pieces seemed to be slightly overcooked. Similarly, the sides, while satisfactory, didn’t quite meet the standard I’ve come to expect from KFC.
The dining area was not very clean and well-maintained, providing an uncomfortable environment amidst the hustle and bustle.
In conclusion, while my KFC experience was marred by slow service and a slight decline in quality, the staff’s kindness helped alleviate some of the frustrations. With improvements in managing peak hours and a renewed focus on maintaining food quality, this KFC branch has the potential to deliver consistently satisfying experiences in the future.
Day 1: I placed a drive-through order around 9 PM. After calling multiple times, I was finally told to “wait more.” After a long wait, someone reluctantly came to take my order, only to make me wait again while they checked if the items were available. The restaurant was not crowded, yet every step took an unreasonable amount of time.
Day 2: Expecting a smoother process, I placed a pickup order in advance. This time was even worse. The main door was locked, but I saw someone go in, so I knocked. A staff member cleaning inside didn’t bother to acknowledge me or provide any courtesy in explaining how I should get my order. Instead, a customer inside kindly explained the process, while the staff stood by pointing vaguely without helping. When I finally went back to the drive-through, I told them I had a pickup order—only to be told it wasn’t ready. After waiting again, I realized the so-called “pickup system” is a complete joke.
This location has serious issues with staff responsibility, communication, and customer service. Both experiences wasted my time and left me extremely disappointed.
The only good thing I find is a motivation to start a future business. If this place can run business with such a service, I believe anyone will.
