Called in an order to go. The lady on the phone was very helpful and explained all the specials to me in great detail. When I arrived to get my order, the staff was friendly and quickly assisted me. While I was waiting on my food, two staff members asked if I had been waited on, I had. The kitchen staff was working hard at getting orders in and out. I was very pleased with the environment and staff members. Super friendly staff, attentive to detail and diligent WORKERS!!

The staff was great and the pizza was very good. The sanitation grade was high, dated March 2022, however, the restaurant was very dirty: Floors, several of the tables and seats of chairs. There was no visible trash can in the dining room. I was there on a Monday around 11:30 a. m., very soon after the place opened for the day and between the phone ringing and orders being prepared there is obviously a staff shortage.

So this Pizza Hut does not deliver, but is the only Pizza Hut in Farmville. Do not expect “Corporate-level customer service” when you go inside, just get your food and get out. Expect Dollar General-level customer service. So everyone keep your expectations low and all you Karens, stay out of there. I’ve ordered from there in the past three years maybe about twenty times and they’ve screwed up my order about three times. Always forgetting my wings. I want my chicken nuggies, man! They’re there and available if you’re already in Farmville, but if I’m still in Greenville/Winterville, I’ll order from a Greenville or Winterville store before driving back to Farmville. Food is bomb doe.

Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut on the planet. People have been complaining about this place for a few years now and yet they have not made any improvements whatsoever. It’s obvious that the manager don’t give a hoot and the owner is asleep at the wheel. Don’t waste your time or money. The place looks nasty. Grab a hamburger instead. I hear the pizza place on main Street is pretty good. They should close the doors on this place. I promise you the manager won’t even respond to this review or make any changes.
