This has to be one of the worse KFC in CT. I don’t get food from there often as obviously not healthy. But I was craving some. This store is only 6 mins away from our house. My husband was gone 45 mins. All I wanted was two pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes, cole slaw and a biscuit. They said they had to cook white meat chicken and it would be 20 mins. Guess hubby forgot I like dark meat too. I ended up with 5 pieces of chicken, cole slaw and a tiny biscuit. They didn’t have any mashed potatoes. This wasn’t late. He got there at 4:45. Why they didn’t have white meat chicken and mashed potatoes on a Saturday is beyond me. The last time I was there it took the dim witted but sweet cashier 12 minutes to ring me up. First he way overcharged me and then didn’t charge me enough. Then he couldn’t figure out what to do. I had to walk him through the all whole thing. They said no mashed potatoes just cole slaw. I ended up with two mashed potatoes and no cole slaw . Won’t be going back anytime soon!

Food here is horrible. Ordered a famous bowl. Didn’t get corn. Chicken I’d hard as a rock and dry. The mashed taste like they have been sitting in all day in the sun. Then the cashier drops my change into my hand…only went all over the ground instead then he says oh my bad. How about picking up my $5.00 plus change or replacing it. These kids now are too entitled to go the extra mile for anyone or anything . Will never eat here again

This place is lucky I like their classic chicken sandwiches, because the only thing worse than the service, is the management. I never saw a KFC run out of chicken until I visited this KFC in Canton CT. Prepare for a 25-45 minute wait to get your food, and consider yourself fortunate if they have everything you want to order. Tonight I ordered my chicken sandwich, waited the usual 30 minutes, get home and they gave me the wrong sandwich. Great food, but definitely not worth the wait or incompetence!
