The atmosphere was fine, I can’t read the food because I never got any, but the service was pretty rough. Stopped in to grab something for dinner. Knew exactly what I wanted. I was the only person standing at the counter, three people were working, and the guy in drive-thru took two more orders as I stood there for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me.
The employees weren’t even looking at me. Acting as if I wasn’t even there. I’m a normal clean cut person, and was just standing there at the counter at the register waiting to be served. After waiting 5 minutes I finally had to speak up and say “Hey, I guess I’ll go somewhere else as nobody here has acknowledged me.”
The fact that I stood there for over 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged me, looked at me, or tried to help me is a little silly. The food wasn’t even ready for the car at the window. The guy was spending lots of time getting bags ready and prepped for food that wasn’t even ready yet when he could have been helping me.
Fast food places love to push the drive-thru, because it’s higher revenue if they keep it flowing. It doesn’t mean you should ignore customers at the counter. Some people actually like to come into a place and sit and eat, but I won’t be coming into this restaurant again. You’ve lost my business.

Greeted immediately and the best customer service! The gentleman taking orders was friendly and eager to assist each person who entered with an amazing attitude and a smile. WOW! Food was fresh and brought out within 5-10 minutes including hot and fresh food. Thank you for the service!

The heavyset Hawaiian woman that’s a shift lead was very rude to my partner, you don’t demand that customers give you their name while placing a walk in order. Honestly wasn’t gonna say anything, but when we called the same tone was given over the phone, unapologetically saying rude things.

Be careful when going to this restaurant they have cod fishing on their card readers for a total of $30 at 12:39 p.m. and I left the restaurant after getting my food and at 12:43 they charged me another $13 when I wasn’t even at the restaurant anymore

For the most part the music playing here is stuff I’ve never heard, either I’m old or this place is hip… probably both. Carly J’s is the new RockNRoll McDonald’s. As I’m typing this they are playing Abba but it’s Fernando so you know they’re cool because they’re not played Dancing Queen, this is a hip place. There’s a bunch of people dancing in the parking lot but that’s probably because they are over stimulated with a foreign substance not because the music is too loud and they love musicals and choreography. Everybody here is very nice, and the food was pretty good. I got skimped a little bit on my chicken strips.

I was welcomed with a friendly greeting when I came in. I had an errand for work and had never had breakfast here before.
The assistant manager took my order and gave me some recommendations. He was very kind, attentive, and accommodating. The food was fresh, and the place was clean. The restroom was also very clean and well kept.
