I was happy to see a installed sharps container on the wall for used needles and lancets ect. I returned to counter and praised them for being the first to have them installed . Went through the drive thru for some breakfast. The young lady taking orders this morning was extremely helpful and kind. She took the time to give us the sauce flavors and was bright and cheerful. Our order took a little longer, but was very fresh and hot. She let us know that it would take longer because they were making the criss cut fries fresh. Stopped in for a burger,food was better than most fast food in the area. Manager was personable but ALL BUSINESS ,but not rude or abrasive. Professionally assertive. I’m sure that if you went there,and by some strange chance had a complaint,I’ve NO DOUBT that it would be handled IMMEDIATELY. Fries were made fresh,burger WAS NOT SMOTHERED IN MAYO and it actually had good presentation.

Always a super drive-thru experience here. The managers care about the quality of the food and customer service, and it shows. I’ve never been served cold fries, and they usually get my “let me completely mess with this burger” order correct. Once they messed up, and they fixed it pronto with a friendly smile.

The restaurant was clean. Not too busy when I arrived inside. The drive thru had a very long line. The staff was courteous and got my order out quickly. The food was freshly made and very hot. It was a good visit!

we ordered a big Carl with No veggies, and 2 small fries. order taker was too quiet to clearly hear, no ketchup in bag, and sandwich was loaded with diced pickled and onions. I thought I could scrape them off, but they were everywhere, bun was soggy, and the patty was tore in half and smashed. I would have gone back and had them fix the issue, but parking is horrible for a crew cab long bed truck. We will be getting lunch elsewhere in the future.
