They regularly screw up my order. They try and save money by serving old dried up chicken instead of making fresh food. They refuse to do all dark or white meat in your order depending on who is working. Management is unhelpful and rude. Oh and getting extra sauce from them is like pulling teeth. If you can do a little longer drive to the next store I strongly recommend you do.

Almost everytime I go here, the sandwiches I order are good, but every single time I order fries, I receive old/microwaved fries. I’m literally sick of ordering food and getting food that isn’t even close to fresh. Do better.

Store was clean, employees were pleasant…Food was disgusting…last time I go to this store…only thing I ordered was a chicken sandwich plain and a large French fries…tasted and looked like the oil used to cook it was well past its prime…asked for a refund on French fries…regrettably ate half the sandwich…was sick and running into the bathroom all night…The friend who was with me got equally atrocious food and she was sick last evening as well…yesterday’s visit to this KFC was my last time at this location…

The difference between Woon. KFC ( the full one) and Smithfield Taco Bell/ KFC. YOU GET 1/2 the coleslaw, they forgot the French fries all together, and no fork or napkins. The biscut was cold and stale ,old. I bet the Smithfield store has great food cost numbers.

Greenville kfc/taco bell, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Management (female mid 20s) doesnt have a response for the missing items or careless workers because she states “they dont listen”, which tells me someone is missing management skills… these kids shouldnt be left alone in this restaurant nevermind serve food. Dont bother calling because they wont answer either…. Absolutely awful… literally this place needs to be shut down or new management needs to step in before the DOH walks in the door.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this was terrible today. My wife who only eats the pot pies ordered a chicken pot pie and was told they don’t have any ready. I said I’d wait and they then said they have none in the building. She ordered one thing else and went to fill her cup with Sierra Mist. That’s was literally carbonated water so we asked them if they could change it and they said they don’t have any of that either. This is a Taco Bell also so I ordered a kfc bowl and a taco supreme. When I got my order I had just a regular taco. When I brought it back they told me they don’t have sour cream or tomatoes in the building as well but they had no problem charging me for a supreme. I was told someone should have told me when I ordered but no offer to refund the extra I paid for the supreme. Never ever going to this location again!……

Not one of the good KFCs. The chicken was slimy and didn’t taste very good. They didn’t have anything to make it easier to eat in – like the cardboard trays or plates they have in some KFCs. I do not recommend this location.

This one is a win all around. My wife and my kids want KFC, and I want Taco Bell. Well guess what? Both are in one building. Prices seem slightly higher than the standalone locations.
