They don’t bake their doughnuts here. So you can not use the ordering computer because whatever you see in the computer it might not be available. I don’t get why they put that self service ordering thing there, it’s useless! Other than that, nice and friendly staff. The ambience is pretty. There is an ice cream shop next to it, so that was cool too. Free wifi as well, and they offer drive through. There are also a lot of stores l, restaurants, shopping centers close to the area. The goodwill is next to it too. The outdoor seating area is great as well.

Short story: Don’t bother with this location for Baskin Robbins. First experience was about an hour before close and only one of two displays has ice cream (about 8-10 flavors). Was told that “they are cleaning it” and they don’t have other flavors in the back. A few weeks later it is the same situation with minimal flavors except was told “we don’t have that” to multiple flavors. Third attempt was more of the same and the server refused to list what flavors they DID have after asking for 5 in a row that they “didn’t have”. Multiple staff have been rude on each visit including making eye contact before returning to their conversations. Again, don’t bother unless you are desperate.

This is the worst DD in Fayetteville. If i could give no stars I would. The kids working (well SUPPOSED to be working) in there are rude and should not be working in customer service. Hell I wouldn’t hire them anywhere. I went for a simple sweet tea today and was told “we ain’t got none” and that was the end of our interaction. No “is there anything else I can get you, would you like to try ____ giving a suggestion” just silence. On another occasion I waited so long (10+ minutes) for a simple donut and tea. I was literally watching them in there laughing, joking and dancing while my drink sat there that I just pulled off. Everyone needs to be fired including the manager who clearly is not doing their job training and managing their employees. They are probably just as bad, because good leadership means setting an example.

This Dunkin’ is prob the WORST Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Literally everyone that works here is RUDE. Walked in, there’s 7 ppl behind the counter not one said hi, or even acknowledged that someone was there. Once I got my order taken the guy was on his phone is whole time, after I told him what I wanted he spit the total out to me without asking if I wanted anything else, like I was the bother! There’s also a little girl there with a HORRIBLE attitude. ew. Never ever coming back here again. Like ever.

Do NOT order from the mobile app from this location. They make your coffee right when you place a mobile order instead of when you get to the menu/window. The DT line could be to the road and your coffee will be made 30 mins before you arrive to the window. I ordered at 8:27am mobile order for Victoria and i got to the window at 9:00am due to the DT line being to the road and my macchiato was melted. I requested whipped cream and it was melted. The staff member Isccas was NOT friendly when I asked if my drink was melted instead he walked away. I had to call the manager and go back up to the store for my drink to be made fresh. The manager was friendly but did roll his eyes at me and started that’s how Dunkin does things and stated the district manager has them do things like that. NO WAY! STOP MAKING AND LINING DRINKS UP AT THE WINDOW FOR THOSE WHO HAVENT EVEN BEEN TO THE MENU YET! DO BETTER!!!! You can see the line of food and drinks stacked up from the window if you look to the right across from the DT register. Isccas did apologize but than proceeded to laugh and attempted to walk out to cause drama. This is NOT a place to bring the flam boy energy. Stay professional. Manager wrote down his name so I hope I got it correctly. I will be calling corporate. Faster service does not mean make drinks that haven’t even checked in yet! This has happened to me twice this week!!! I don’t mind the DT wait times as long as my drink is made fresh.

Really love this location. Drive thru is efficient, coffee is always fresh, service is usually friendly- minus one employee but I don’t let it hinder my experience because the rest of the team is awesome. Clean inside and well stocked. The baskin experience is just as good! Not melted, clean cases including the glass. I like that the owner is active in business as well as the manager.

Normally, coming to this Dunkin’ is a quick in and out experience. Today, when attempting to get the orders of the others in the vehicle, I was rushed and repeatedly interrupted by the audibly annoyed worker. I pulled up and brought my complaint to the manager on duty, Miss Day, who explained the reasoning and did her best to correct the issue. The service was an issue regardless, though the food and coffee was as excellent as ever.

This is by far my favorite DD I come to thos location 2 times a day everyday and have been pleased..Until here recently for some reason the night girls working now are cleaning and shutting the doors before closing time and when you go through drive through they already cleaned out all ice coffees and tell you they don’t have any. We’ll this is a issue for me because I stop by on my way home from work. Hope you guys get this fixed at night or just going to Starr using a different location
