I have been a long-time customer for years, the food is great but their customer service is bad and rude!! I approached the cashier after I called in my order, asked her if I can pay for some of my food separate because I was picking up for two people, The guy in the back continue to scream, now why would you do that call in your order and not pick it up?HORRIBLE!!!!! I should have cussed him Because he was wrong and didn’t even hear correctly what I asked the cashier, he thought I was not paying for my food!!out but instead I will continue to do this review and no longer spend a penny in that business!! He didn’t even know what I asked the cashier but continue to speak to me like I was his child or two years old!!THE COOK IN THE BACK HAS A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE! Then try to tell me I can pay over the phone when I place the order as I was walking out did not even apologize For being wrong!Cashier was great The Cook ABSOLUTELY NOT.

First time at this establishment and I may give it a second chance. Was in town for an event, thought I would try it out, not the best looking place, but what counts is inside. First let’s start with the cashier, not friendly, she seems to have had a bad attitude, mention that i was visiting and she seemed to care less about giving me direction to Walmart. Now the food was good, got the sauce on the side so I can see what I was getting I got the half order tips and link, the containers for the sauce and the coleslaw were so small they seem to be very skimpy about giving that out. I will give them a second chance.

I have been here several times and tge food was always good, today I drove 45 minutes because I wanted some barbeque since we don’t have a really good place, been really wanting Kenny’s food and today I was so so disappointed the food was horrible I paid $30 for a large tip and 6 wings, the barbecue looked like a pile of boiled mush, the wings were old and dry and full of grease in the bottom of the tray, I will not be returning to this establishment as long as they the cook that was there today

The establishment was a referral from a friend so I tried it while in town. OMG… customer service was AMAZING, food is …hold on let me take one more bite……..mmm mmm good, fresh and hot. I told them I was from out of town and let me try a link and I’m so glad they did. So so good!!! I plan to make this a stop anytime I’m in the area. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Great food, & Real cool customer service couldn’t get the people names but even in this hot weather the cashier and cook was able to have good vibes after a discrepancy on my behalf. Big shout out to them and wish nun but success on them as individuals and the company as a whole.

Very tender and delicious. Never stingy on the mild sauce so you know that’s always a win. Wait time is usually reasonable even when ordering through uber eats. Definitely a go to in the clutch.
