Been going to Kaspers/Casper’s since I was a child in the 60’s. They have been a family favorite since then. I bought some dogs from the Concord location on Clayton. They were so bad that all 3 of us threw them out after a bite or two. The hot dogs were mushy and very thin. My hotdog has a black end as if it had dried out. The buns were not those wonderful soft fluffy buns. They were dry and cold.

Place isn’t too busy so no long waits for your food. However it isn’t my number one choice for a hot dog. The lady at the register was nice and quick to prepare the order. The seating area was also well kept and clean.
