I am a regular patron of Moe’s and have always enjoyed the food. However, this past experience was extremely disappointing.
I placed a pickup order for two burritos, two cups of soup, and queso. When I returned to my car, I noticed that the soup and queso were missing from the bag. I went back inside and politely asked if the soup had been included in the order.
The employee responded very rudely. She walked away mid-conversation and began speaking negatively about me in front of both me and her manager, without explaining what had happened with my order. She then angrily handed me a new soup and queso while continuing to curse and speak badly about me.
After leaving the store, I checked my order again to make sure there hadn’t been a misunderstanding. I discovered that the original soup and queso had been placed in the same bag as the chips, making them difficult to find and resulting in the chips being crushed. While the packaging issue was frustrating and unsanitary, the main concern was the repeated disrespect I experienced simply for asking about missing items in my order.
I have been a loyal customer, but this interaction has made me reconsider returning to this location.

I ordered catering from this location for a work event. I ordered a taco bar for 30 people, which added up to $450 with all the fees, and received only enough food for a single small taco per person. Literally only 30 tortillas. Absolutely insane for the price. It was far too small and incredibly deceptive to market this as feeding 30 people. We had to order emergency pizza on top of what we’d already paid Moe’s. Will absolutely never use Moe’s for catering again.

Food was GREAT! The servers were wonderful! It’s the older white guy that always has a chip in his shoulder, stingy with the chips. I ordered a cup of queso and a Jr. Meal that already comes with chips. I asked for an extra bag for queso he told me I had enough. Excuse me?! This order is for someone else and I thought chips comes with queso. He’s never friendly.

Although the food was pretty good, this was the rudest restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Every single worker down the line would genuinely sigh and roll their eyes when I’d tell them what I wanted. They were also very aggressive and rushing me down the line acting all frustrated, when they weren’t even busy. Also this is the most expensive Moe’s I’ve ever been to so there’s that too…

This is a really good moes, it sees so much traffic on a day to day basis with Tech students and all the businesses and still moves quick, the line can be 20 people deep and i still wait because it probably will take 5-10 minutes. Food is fresh, yummy, hot, and the restaurant is relatively clean. Staff has been around forever (like 8-10 years at least from what i remember) and they’re so friendly. They mean business too – you will always get greeted loudly and moved through the line quickly.

Awful service and rude employees. I accidentally sent a mobile order to this location and called them immediately to cancel. I was told I had to cancel on my end through the app. It’s not possible to cancel through the app, Moe’s website says to contact locations directly to cancel. I called back and was told the same thing and told them that it wasn’t possible for me to cancel. The employee was extremely rude and unhelpful. Now I have to go through the trouble of reaching out to customer service and/or disputing the charge.

One of my favorite to go restaurants, but this location just sucks. Have lived a block away for 2 years, and will drive to other locations.

One of the server blurts out “Welcome to Moe’s” at the top of his voice whenever when he feels like it. That’s fun. Foodwise, nothing too fancy. A good Mexican place to grab quick and filling lunch.

Definitely was not impressed with Moe’s. The amount of food that was given for the price was not what I expected. When the lady asked if I wanted corn salsa, she put like 5 kernels on my burrito bowl. There wasn’t enough ranch in the squirt bottle so when I asked for more very little came out. This was my 1st trip to a Moe’s location and will more than likely be my last trip. Was not as bad as Chipotle but pretty close.
