Having traveled to Thailand on numerous occasions, it is always a stretch to find good Thai cuisine here in the Northeast. Many restaurants crow about their “family recipes handed down through the generations” – with little truth. Ka-Noon is an exception. Drawn in by the August cover page article in the Bedford Minuteman, I found flexibility, willingness to accommodate and “off-the-rack” options to be pretty darned tasteful and satisfying. The rating of Thai food is very subjective and I think that’s why the Google reviews on this new restaurant are so wildly diverse. Don’t let negativity stop you from trying Ka-Noon.
