I’ve been relocating from Los Angeles and staying at the hotel for a bit, so I’ve been slowly working my way through the menu — and honestly, everything has been excellent. The half chicken was the first dish I tried and it was perfect for the season; the smoky flavor was spot on. The menu has great variety too. The mushroom ramen with added chicken has become a go-to (I’ve now ordered it three more times). The burger is really good, and the scallops were delicious.

They also have a fun fall-themed cocktail menu right now. I’ve only tried two drinks so far, but both were great and surprisingly reasonably priced. The old fashioned was solid as well.

The ambience is warm and welcoming, especially with the big fire feature when you walk in — it really sets the tone. And the staff has been consistently wonderful. Evan at the bar is super friendly, and every server I’ve had has been extremely helpful.

Overall, just a really enjoyable spot with consistently good food, drinks, and service.

We stayed at hotel four nights and dined here every night for dinner and breakfast since I get free breakfast as Hyatt Globalist and the two other rooms we had were guests of honor so they got free breakfast. There was six of us total so we have a very good idea of the food here. I give the place overall 4 stars as the food is good, but not great and the menu could be better with more higher end selections and flavor of a Category 8 hotel. The folks serving us where all amazing from the friendly face at breakfast each morning to the same friendly place at dinner each night. My lady did think it took longer to serve us some nights but there was 6 of us except the last night and she says I’m the impatient one. The place has indoor seating and outdoor seating with a nice patio that we explored but never dined. There are lots of different drinks on the menu also.
As mentioned in my hotel review, we pretty much had every dis on the menu. The first night, I had the half chicken and the breast meat was a bit dry so I gave it to my kid and she put it in her ramen. I also had the Waygu beef (it’s American Waygu unfortunately so not as good as Japanese or Austrailian), it was bit overcooked but not to the point to send it back. Night three, I had the scallops and pasta which was clearly the best item on the menu and night four, I had the Ramen which was a nice try but needed some hot sauce (which I got) but I was mid as the kids say.
Each morning, we had breakfast and the only thing I can complain about is the pork belly which didn’t see to have much flavor and was dry at times. The lady from Romania (sorry, I forget her name) was there each morning and she was really nice and gave us great service each day…she was awesome.
Not sure how to judge atmosphere each night and breakfast was pretty quiet so fine by me.

Great breakfast at EPC. Not a lot open early on the mountain, so definitely recommend stopping in if you want a bite before noon.

I ordered the Hawaiian Roll French Toast and the berry compote on top was delicious. Not pictured but also ordered was the berry sunrise smoothie, which was refreshing and tasty.

Amy our server was so attentive and sweet! The food was great and the view was lovely. We have a busy toddler and Amy was great to provide coloring pages and stickers! She made the experience perfect.

We came to this restaurant for what we hoped would be a nice lunch on December 31st, but unfortunately it turned into a very disappointing experience. The waiter did not speak English, which made ordering and asking even basic questions extremely difficult. There was no explanation of what was available or unavailable on the menu.

We ordered a bottle of wine listed at nearly $50, but were served a small 375 ml bottle, with no indication on the menu that it was not a full-size bottle. When we tried to order cocktails, they were unable to make two of the cocktails listed, and surprisingly, they couldn’t even prepare the mocktail I requested. In the meantime, we waited and waited just for them to let us know that they were out of some of the ingredients. We later found out they are out of draft beer too, when we already ordered it, of course, they only had canned beer—despite the beer we ordered being listed on the menu.

None of these limitations were communicated to us in advance. On top of that, I ordered a $17 cheesecake that was literally one bite. To make matters worse, we were charged for the wrong cocktail, plus a service fee and a 20% included tip, which should have been waived considering that they didn’t have nearly 80% of the items we attempted to order and the overall poor service.

Keep in mind this all happened on December 31st, yet they were already out of stock of most alcohol, which is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place if you expect good service or value for your money. It is overpriced, unprofessional, and does not treat its customers well.

Nice cozy spot in the Hyatt Centric in Canyons Village. Their specialty is a smoked chicken that is out of this world good! Perfectly cooked and a huge portion. They also have a great burger. Our server Bianca was so friendly and helpful. Will be back!

Food is a 3 out of 5, but drinks are terrible. They come with no ice so how about jack daniels (warm), or any other drink (warm). Perhaps they fired the barman? Service was not bad but dessert (cake???) can improve. Salad was good, and meat was good as well. Server was attentive and nice.

Great breakfast experience and quality food. Was a bit on the pricier side but that’s to be expected in a hotel at Park City. However what stood out the most was our waiter and the exceptional service he provided. Our waiter’s name was Bogdom and he was incredibly kind, courteous and went above and beyond to make our dining a pleasurable experience. From ensuring that we had hot, fresh coffee (not lukewarm hotel coffee), splitting our entree for my wife and I to share, and his timeliness in refilling our beverages, he was always on point and delivered service you would expect at a 5 star luxury hotel. Recommend for food and HIGHLY RECOMMEND for great service! Great work Bogdom!!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each morning while staying at the hotel. The food was very good (smashed potatos were a nice touch!)

But the service we received from Amalia was the best part. She was very attentive to detail of the order and very friendly. Its great when someone is excited about their job and it showed with Amalia!
