Food was ok but that’s not the issue I had. The problem is that I paid for an online order and when I got there to pick it up I was charged AGAIN. I told the woman that I already paid online and she told me that the online charge was just a Temporary hold, so I paid again. A few days later after the transaction cleared it was a charge and NOT a TEMPORARY hold like she said. So I paid $40 for something that was only $20. I didn’t get a refund either, and I have the receipts. So anyone else who pays for online orders with card ..please be careful!

Disappointing. I asked if they had fresh tamales they said yes then gave me old frozen tamales. They had frost bite on them. They overcharged me and if I hadn’t caught it the cashier wouldn’t have said anything. Took 30 minutes to figure out how to refund me the money they overcharged. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money somewhere else

I freaking love this place for quality ingredients and preparation — exceptional Mexican food done right, and with fast delivery! I have so far ordered twice with them: chili Colorado plate once, and barbacoa burrito today. Both were very flavorful, and delicious! This will be my go-to Denver Mexican place for now.

I’ve ordered from Juarez a few times. First time was for a combo meal that was huge and delicious. Second time was for their bulk taco offerings (meat, tortillas, toppings and salas), third was bulk tacos again! It’s been good every time. The meat is well seasoned, there is plenty of everything, and it’s such an easy way to feed a group tasty food.
